Fiz uma compra de uma key HÁ 1 MÊS que não funcionava e ainda não me devolveram o dinheiro. Dizem que "estão à espera por uma resposta dos fornecedores" que obviamente me venderam uma chave falsa e não querem saber. Evitem este site a todos os custos. O suporte é lento, demora a responder, e quando responde, nada de jeito sai de lá.

After asking me for proof that my key was already used, they have gone silent.
I bought a key for some apex coins 4 days ago and the key was already used. I contacted them and got an answer asking for prints as proof, so I sent them what they asked for. It's been 3 days and I still got no response. Bad customer support. I've dealt with many eshops selling keys and had my fair share of used keys but they always answered within 1 day and always replaced the key or gave me my money back. This is my first and last purchase with them. Avoid them at any costs.

After you provided me with yout ticket information, I checked it and I see that we contacted our supplier regarding the issue and are still waiting for a response from them. Since this is an external communication, we're not able to tell how long it will take to get a response from them. I'm sorry that it took longer than we'd wish, but I will make sure that our team asks them to try and speed up the process.
