100% gas really pulled it out of the bag for me. We needed our oven gas pipe relocated, and they came out on the same day, fitting us between jobs, so we could get our oven back on and working. Great job done, would definitely use them again. Thanks guys

Wouldn’t recommend
Had a boiler and some radiator’s installed and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Poor installation work, radiators not getting hot , various excuses that it’s my existing system even though it worked perfectly well before they did any work. Loft insulation not put back, poor plastering of pipe chases, holes left in floor were pipes come through.
Told me that you should never T into a spur, and then went and did exactly that.
Likes to talk a good job but it’s a pity their workmanship and customer relations don’t match to the talk.
I’m still waiting for them to return to balance the radiators after they had to return nearly nine months ago to rectify their work.
Priced and charged me a day and a half for two radiators but only took them half a day with me assisting. No reduction in bill though.
I will definitely look elsewhere for any future work.

The original boiler installation and radiator works were completed on 23rd August 2023. Prior to this, at quotation stage and throughout our involvement, we discussed the limitations of the existing heating system, including areas that had historically not performed well.
You subsequently returned to us in February 2025 for further radiator installations, which we carried out as requested. All works were completed on an existing heating system within an older property, and we identified and advised on existing system design and pipework limitations which can affect performance when additional radiators are added.
Following your concerns, we attended on multiple occasions, including on 9th June 2025. This visit was arranged as a goodwill assessment and to carry out the specific alterations requested, despite advising beforehand that we did not believe these alterations would resolve the underlying system performance issues. It was not a return to rectify defective workmanship.
Since that visit, we have received no further contact regarding ongoing heating issues or any request for us to reassess the system. The additional workmanship concerns mentioned within this review were not raised with us at any stage, despite our continued communication and visits.
We also note that this review has been posted under a different name to the individual we have primarily corresponded with.
All works were quoted and agreed in advance as fixed-price jobs. Detailed written quotations are issued via our Gas Safe software before work commences and are retained within our system for full audit and traceability.
We stand by the standard of our workmanship and customer service. We always endeavour to provide clear advice, support our customers and address genuine concerns fairly and professionally.

Full heating system replacement and new boiler- excellent!
Fantastic service from start to finish. Paul and Julie were very patient having sent us our initial quote before our extension was even built and kept in constant contact with us throughout, answering any queries we had. When it came to installation Paul and Luke installed the new boiler in a new location, seven new radiators and got it all fired up and running ahead of schedule. There was hardly any mess and the whole experience was brilliant - will be recommending them to everyone for any heating or boiler needs!

The engineer arrived at the agreed time, carried out the service. Left the boiler cupboard clean and tidy. Central heating and hot water working perfectly. What more could I ask for?
