Would definitely buy from 121 again bought shoes on the Sunday I had them by Tuesday so definitely a positive thing. Shoes so far so good only had the Clark’s a week but I have not had a bad Clark’s shoe to date for my kid’s school shoes

The right pair of shoes were delivered promptly.
Royal Mail offered to deliver them to my address or a nearby post office, so collection was easy.

Took the order no problem, took the money no problem, then a few days later I formed me they did not have the Rieker sandals, and yet for several days after informing me, they were still showing the same sandals as available and the website would still allow me to order again. Also said I would receive my refund soon and after 5 days I had to go to PayPal as no sign of a refund. As soon as PayPal contacted them a refund was done quickly but now I have to wait another 5 days before the money will be I my account so I am without the money for 10 days yet 121 were able to take the payment instantly.
Just pay a bit extra and order your shoes fro a reputable supplier. Would definitely not use 121 again at any price or recommend that anybody else should.
Very disappointed indeed just always use Amazon as you will receive what you order and not be lying out the money for something that you buy and the supplier doesn't even have.

I bought some shoes and a couple of days later they arrived.

Price very good and happy with process & shoes.
Would have been 5 stars if I'd been told about date of despatch & ETA.
- first I knew was email from royal mail.

I had tried several shops to find these particular shoes, Clark’s, with no luck. Tried online too, not much luck. Visited 121 for first time. Exactly what I wanted. Ordered late Wednesday night and I was wearing them Saturday lunchtime. What’s not to like. I’ll definitely be buying from you again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got what I needed.
