I got the Madelyn crystal mini skirt and the martini mesh dress and they are both stunning! Great quality and look just like the site photos. My dress came in the mail with a rip in it on accident, just because it is super delicate I think, and they were so kind to replace it immediately! Great customer service, will order from them again!

The bag I purchased is very nice quality and beautiful and looks just like the picture. I am very happy with my purchase. Customer service was extremely helpful in the whole process. I highly recommend buying for 12th Tribe.

This company is a drop shipping business. They buy stuff at other cheap china retailers mark up the price 5 times, promote it on instagram and getting away with charging premium prices for a cheap garbage. Got a pair of boots came in a branded box. Boots were ugly and low quality. I searched a store written on the box turns out identical boots are available for a half price. Emailed their customer service and of course they don't price match. Don't think it is fair to overcharge their customers for cheap garbage unless its a business model. Needless to say first and last order for me.

I’ve purchased multiple items from this company on multiple occasions. I’ve gotten lucky with a few. Unfortunately sometimes you pay a big price for a trendy look made of poor quality materials. A too I bought on sale looked nothing like what was pictured on their website when worn. Because it was “on sale” it could not be returned however if you look now it is full price again (almost double the sale price). When I try to leave a review on their website regarding the poor quality, the review does not get posted but rather you get an email from their customer service offering apologies and a 10% discount. I find that to be a shady practice. People should be able to see the truth about what clients think of their products. Any positive reviews on this site or BBB were likely individuals who received complimentary refunds for defective products and were asked to leave a positive review. Just know you are making a gamble if you buy from 12th tribe. It’s a hit or miss and not worth what they charge.

I do really like the clothing 12th Tribe sells but just know if you do not open...try on...and return within 15 days they will not exchange or refund you. It is their policy....I was actually out of town for 2 weeks so I'm out of luck.

Totally unhelpful customer service. My order hadn't shipped out yet and they refused to cancel it. Glad I will now have to take time out of my day to deal with a return.

The assistance I received online from the live chat was 10/10! Milly was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in helping me order my garments from US to Australia for my bachelorette party. I left everything until the last minute and her help honestly saved me so much stress. Thank you! Can't wait to receive my garments and I will review again

The item I received is beautiful, but there were two strange elements of the dress. First, the item was very transparent, that was not shown on the online photos. Second, The neck clasp wasn't long enough. I'm 124 lbs and I ordered a size medium. The rest of the dress fit, but not that part. It was a little poorly made. I think they have stunning styles, but the material and make is not great. I am a little nervous to deal with their customer service, but we will see!

The merchandise smelled terrible, I tried to explain that and they said doesn't matter, you need to return on your own dime. So to print the label at home, go to post office and they still take $8 away from you return for printing their label. Waiting over two weeks too for refund, terrible policy especially these days.

Purchased a pair of pants for about $75. The pants were unlined, fabric so thin you could see through them, so I had to return. Requested my cash back, which is $65. Sent the package back, USPS confirmed delivered to them on 1/22, but I had to follow up, to which they said they received on 2/4 and I should wait 10 days for refund. Still, no refund. Today, their refund window expanded to 16 days. I don't understand why, after verifying they received it, they still refuse to refund the money. Bad business!

Don’t buy from them. I followed them for a while before purchasing an item. I was happy to see it had finally been marked down to a reasonable price, as my social media had been extensively showing me the item. Upon arrival I found a cheaply made, single layer fabric that I couldn’t even pull up. Their sizing guide is totally off and not inclusive to anyone who isn’t model size. When I reached out to customer service, not only did they refuse to return the item, but they won’t even exchange it for a size that fits due to it being a “final sale”. They take advantage of unclear descriptions on their site, knowing they can essentially rip you off. So disappointed, as I have loved what they posted. But the reality is that this company scams you and does nothing to rectify it.

Horrible customer service! Especially if you’re from Canada… They don’t want to help you with anything and charge extra to return. The duties are nuts. The woman I spoke to VIA customer service email was a total B*. Not worth the cost AT ALL. They claim to be a “small business” so things are “out of their hands”

Ordered 2 dresses for daughters. One did not fit. No size large available therefore will be given In-store credit after they receive the return. Appreciate the communication, means so much now a days and the emailed return label. One of us will enjoy spending the gift card. Appreciate your promptness and of course really like much of the clothing. So fun!
