Do not trust this brand!! I received a white dress from them, tried the item on, which didn’t fit and instantly bagged the item back up for return.

I send the item back and it arrived within a few days of postage. 12th Tribe then had the item in their possession for 3 weeks before sending an email to say the item was rejected because of a big stain on the dress.

They have not sent proof of this so called stain, just rejected the return.

I have never experienced this before in all my years of online shopping and I’m absolutely disgusted that a company can do this

Concert, club, vacation? 12th tribe has all the hottest attire. This is stuff you can’t go to your local downtown and buy, so your fit will be unique and smokin. Their customer service is exceptional and you’ll feel like you’re texting your bestie who really wants to help.

I purchased a dress for a wedding and was so surprised !!! It arrived in cyprus in two weeks!!! The service has improved so much with their delivery of orders 100%
I have to admit I was skeptical as last year I had to wait quite a while but with their new way of delivery I am certainly going to purchase my occasional wear again 👍

Lack of transparency. They took 27£ off an order - 8£ shipping fee, £11 return label fee and £8 reorder fee with a voucher. Not worth it, total scam. Don’t risk it. Shameless and disgraceful sales practices

Dont order any items on Sale (as they refuse to take it back cuz of Companies policy) and be sure if you have an international return you will be surprised by a deducted amount for handling fees.
You wont know the fee amount as its not communicated! The only good thing is that you get in touch with customer support via chat very quick and they help with questions. My sale items were gotten back on return but only cuz I know my laws in e-commerce in Germany

I’ve ordered from 12th Tribe several times now and I’m always impressed. The pieces are fashionable, high-quality, and exactly as pictured—especially their dusters, statement tops, and belts. Shipping is fast, and everything arrives beautifully packaged. I also love how their styles feel effortlessly cool and wearable at any age. I’m 68 and love showing off my style—12th Tribe helps me do that with confidence! Customer service has been responsive when I had sizing questions. Definitely one of my favorite online boutiques.

I’ve been ordering from them for the last three years or so. good quality stylish clothing, sometimes overpriced, but they often have sales.

Nice shop. They send quickly and the clothing are good quality. I live in the Netherlands and even I got my clothing in 3 working days

I ordered festival denim shorts for $90 and what I received was a joke! The denim felt cheap and was cut uneven!! For $90! Returned the item, and only received $78 back even though I paid for shipping. Then the return takes 16 business days to process! Yes 16 business days!! Who is running this online store and why wouldn't a return to store be an option since I'm based in LA as well?

The quality of the products are less than ideal. I just ordered a dress on sale for $51.64 and what arrived looked nothing like the picture. It is super unflattering and the fabric is bulky. In addition, the dress runs big. Their return policy is garbage. Since the item was on sale there is no refund OR return, so even though it's too big, I have to eat the money. I tried this shop twice, never again. I just ended up donating the clothes.

Their shipping process is ridiculous. I placed my order a week ago and the package hasn’t moved yet… I will be returning because i won’t be needing the dress for the event anymore.

I ordered a red hat and a black gold buckle belt. Omg, absolutely love both items! The belt looks so expensive and classy! I live in the Uk, and delivery took a week. I am a size 12 in clothing and ordered a size small in belt, due to reviews on sizing. Fits perfect!

This company is a scam! I never received my Necklace Silver Statement! NEVER! I received approximately 15 emails telling how they would resolve this! It’s fraud do not use this company! My bank will now how investigate this! Do not use them!

They make it difficult to return items with an unusually short 15-day return window that they don’t make clear. They also have lots of restrictions on what can be returned. Shop elsewhere.

Both items I ordered are fantastic quality for the price. Additionally, the dresses arrived within about two days from when I placed the order. Couldn’t be happier!

Clothes are unique and stylish. It’s not amazing quality but it’s good. The customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Shein quality clothing with an absurd return process. Almost 3 weeks + to receive a refund and when I did it was 1/2 of what I was owed. I have had to engage with customer service from the beginning of my purchasing experience and it just has been awful. Took forever to ship and get to me, once it got to me I was devastated about the quality of the clothes. I could have purchased these items cheaper on shein or temu and gotten the same quality. Im glad I got some of my money back but I will never return to this company as a customer.

I purchased 2 sweaters. The quality was horrible. The cream sweater came with 2 stains.

Do not use this company, it’s a total scam, they charge over the top prices and then you face very high extra customs charges which you are not informed of in order to get your item which due to costs becomes impossible to return!!! £147 just lost…the company aren’t interested once they have your money, they will send very poite emails which just put everything back on the customer and aren’t interested in fixing any issues. Do not buy….
