Great experience.
There was a small problem with my (2nd) order, I contacted them and they responded and resolved the issue quickly. Exactly as it should be when issues arise.
Great service, would use again.

I've used this company a few times now and have always received the products, well packaged, good quality and quickly.
The web site is packed with info and well presented

Ordered a marine boat switch fused panel ,fitted it then had some rain and the lights came on when the switch was off !
Contacted 12volt planet to be told :it wasn't water proof ?? Boat marine ?? No refund offered ,useless for the job avoid

Fantastic customer service. Joe Miller was straight on the case when our solar panel arrived broken. He arranged for the broken panel to be replaced and three days later that issue is now sorted with a new panel in great shape. We've ordered from 12 Volt Planet before as we get our solar project off the ground and everything has been great. No hesitation in recommending this supplier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent customer service. After placing an order I realised I had forgotten something, so sent email asking if it could be added.
Received auto reply stating closed for period, open again on Jan 2. Fair enough.
Then got another email to say item had been added free of charge (was small value anyway) and one day layer order has been despatched. And this on Dec 29th

I had a customer who wanted to live off grid with his motorhome. I spoke to Richard ant 12 volt planet and he put together a great package of equipment for him to suit his needs. Richard helped with cable sizing, circuit protection and wiring diagrams. We had a few issues with setting up the app and he talked us through it.

There delivery was great, the products they sell are top quality but their customer service is fantastic.

Ordered from 12 Volt Planet several times during my ongoing campervan conversion. They have a comprehensive range and an excellent website with extensive information and educational resources, including an invaluable voltage drop calculator. They don’t always have everything you might want in stock but I suspect this is supply chain related rather than them as an organisation.

When I have contacted them they have replied promptly and resolved my issue (which was my fault) immediately with no hassle at all.

Would strongly recommend for anyone working with 12 volt electronics.

I have bought several products from here over the years both large and small. Service and delivery has always been good with polite knowledgable staff.
Not the cheapest but it makes a change to get good service these days. Only had one issue in the years i have been buying from them which was a defective product which is being replaced under warranty and is no fault of 12v planet.

I placed my first order with them and realised I'd ordered the wrong size cable. I messaged them on WhatsApp and got a response in about 5 minus. 2 minutes later they had swapped the cable for the right size and refunded me the difference. Fantastic setup, excellent range of products and great customer service!

I forgot to add the last item on my list when placing a mixed order. I Whatsapp'd them out of hours to ask if they could add it. First thing next morning they'd messaged me back to say they'd added it to my shipment free of charge to save complication. Now that's putting service first. Plus they have a great range of products. If it's 12 volt, that's where I/You should, go!

Having an old boat and an old camper conversion 12volt devils work features regularly in my life. These folk are always so helpful and knowledgeble. recent problem with split charge unit, I explained the symptoms and before I even had chance to think about it they were arranging for a replacement unit to be posted out. In the past I've phoned them to talk through problems and when they recommend a suitable product it always does the job, equally important they are honest enough to say when a product isn't quite right. Good old customer service at its best - Thanks Joe for your help today

Great selection of equipment, prompt delivery and well packaged. Have used a number of times and the parts are all good quality. Only downside is the cost of delivery seems quite high compared with what is being sent.

I gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give any lower! I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service from 12v I thought I was buying with confidence Iv saved to buy a Sargent unit which arrived damaged! There was no sign of damage to the box so it must have been done before packing!! I raised this issue to be told the damage must have been done in the installation!!! We didn’t attempt to install it we took it out of the box see the damage and made them aware straight away!!! To be told it’s my fault and they can’t assist me any further!!! That’s robbery! They have taken the best part of £200 of my money and left me with a faulty product! And not offered any solution for me at all. Please do not use this company! Shame on you 12v!!
