Thank you for your review Leigh!
Great service, upfront costs.
Loved the service because they were actually able to give me a quote over the phone, unlike some other junk removal companies who want to send someone out for a "no obligation" quote. I didn't want to be pressured into booking something with absolutely no idea what the costs could be and feeling pressured to say yes on the day, so I was very grateful that they were upfront about their cost per square metre over the phone, and I was able to get a precise quote because I had measurements of my items. Great customer service too, I'm a couple kms out of their normal service zone but still booked my job.

Hi Mandy,
We're sorry to hear that the price given to you by the driver was more than what you were expecting. We understand how frustrating this can be so that's why the driver only charged you for the amount that you were initially quoted over the phone.
Thank you for understanding and thank you for your feedback.
Kind regards,
