1300 Rubbish Opiniões

Steve and Roun only took 20 minutes to move all items into their truck. One of the items was an upright piano. Moving it took them all of 8 or so minutes. The were efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you guys, you were great. 5/5, well done.
Just adding that their price is reasonable

Courteous, prompt, reliable, did what they said they would. Good service from start to finish.

The tucks arrived early and the drivers cleared 9mt of household rubbish in just on an hour. Very friendly staff, most professional, accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Firstly it sound little expensive but service is worth
Thank you Steve to make it so easy

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the professionalism you and your team displayed during our interactions. The guys who carried out the work at my place were efficient, friendly and fast. They even swept and tidied the area once it was cleared. Outstanding.

Fast reliable and on time. An amazing service.

Contacted a number of different companies over a weekend using the "submit form" function online. 1300rubbish emailed back saying team wasn't at work but someone would call me on Monday & provided details of how the service worked. I received the call on Monday & gave the exact dimensions of the sofa to be collected. I received quote over the phone, same as payment requested at pick up. I chose my 2 hour pick up window, Steve (driver) called me that morning with an estimate of arrival time in that window. The pick up & removal was so easy, no fuss, payment on site...and 4 days before Christmas. Would definitely recommend & use again.

Quick, on time and friendly

The rubbish collector/driver appeared 2+ hours late than the scheduled time. During that time I called 2 or 3 times to the office and they could not explain where he was and when he would appear.

It is not that bad that a delay happened at all. Things happen. People get injured at work. Stuff breaks. It is bad that the office doesn't know where their drivers are and what they are doing/what is happening with them.

Other than that everything else was okay. The driver himself was fast, strong, polite, and friendly. The price was adequate. The booking could be made on the same day and then even rescheduled.

On time and removed the fridge quickly and seamlessly. Would definitely use them
again.

On time, polite, easy to book! Found on the internet and the whole process was simple!

Their service.
Courteous and highly respectful,
Gentlemen par excellence.
Extremely reliable.

Great value for money. Prompt service, on time and friendly staff.

Fair price compared to other companies. Quick service.

They were communicative, on time and efficient!

On the whole job done well. After they left, I noticed very deep parallel scratches on the timber flooring in lounge room, when they moved the sofa!

Usually as a woman we get taken advantage of when it comes to costs of these kinds of things. The guy was brilliant and asked for less than what was quoted. Thank you! So appreciate this excellent service. Would use again and again!

Very nice staff. In time and quick.

Very good service..Fast pickup and removal..
