Order Placed Feb 19 – No Shipment Update and Communication Stopped
I placed an order with 1620 Workwear on February 19, 2026 (Order #133066). After several days with no shipping update, I contacted customer service on February 25 to ask about the order status.
I was told the pants were still being hemmed and that during peak periods hemming could take up to 10 business days before shipping. While that timeline was longer than expected, I understood and waited.
As the timeline became tighter, I followed up again and explained that I had a trip scheduled for March 10 and that the pants were intended for that trip. I politely asked whether it would be possible to prioritize the hemming or provide a realistic ship date so I could plan accordingly.
On March 4, I received a brief response that did not provide a shipment timeline and instead asked where my trip was so they could potentially ship the order there if it was in the U.S.
As of now, the order still has not shipped, and my follow-up messages have not received a response.
I understand delays can happen, but the lack of clear communication has been frustrating. At this point I would simply appreciate a clear shipping update or resolution.
If the company responds and resolves the issue, I will gladly update this review.
