Ordered two pair of the shorts on line…
Ordered two pair of the shorts on line and were delivered within 6 days, on inspection, one pair had a faulty button. Contacted the company online and they supplied a new pair within 2 days and didn't have the hassle of returning the defect Pair. Their service on this issue was very prompt and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

perfect fit

I ordered 2 Pair of the shorts ,however…
I ordered 2 Pair of the shorts ,however they were a size to large. I contacted 19thlabgolf and asked for an exchange for a smaller size. This was no problem at all and I received notification yesterday my new shorts (smaller size) are on their way. No hassles no drama .

The communication and service has been great from my experience. The product seems excellent. Great to wear on the course or anywhere you need a dress pair of shorts. The only negative I found was that the sizing guide when you are ordering seems to be a little out.

Just received my two pairs of the shorts last week. Wore a pair last Saturdays mens league and was very happy with them. Kept me cool and comfortable out here in this warm Arizona sun. Looking forward to tomorrow

These shorts are well fitting
These shorts are well fitting, comfortable at the end of the day after a full round in Summer. The colours are strong and vibrant. Chinos are sliding to the back of the cupboard as I keep choosing these shorts.

Great product and teriffic customer service by Sarah who promptly answered my queries and processed a change to my original order, then again when I received the shorts to realise the size wasn't quite right. Very happy to recommend the team at 19th Lab!

Best golf short on the market.
Pleasantly suprised as was not sure when ordering on line. After playing 18 holes on a 35 degree day , so comfortable,still dry and look great. Good quality, sizing was perfect ,will purchase the long trousers as well .

Don't size up
Ordered shorts, turned up in reasonable time but to big. Contacted them, they replaced them with the next size down in reasonable time. Contact with them was friendly and helpful. I would say if you're between sizes don't size up.
Comfortable shorts so far.
