From order placement to delivery of made to measure slats 6 days, good product good service

Good quality rail and slats, good service delivery was on time, well worth the price

Slats delivered were short. Photographs were requested by 1clickblinds and sent to them via WhatsApp.

I then received an email stating the the production team had reviewed the photographs and the slats were within the tolerance so the order was correct.

The email that was sent asking for the photographs stated the tolerance was plus or minus 3mm.

This changed to 6mm when they emailed back stating that the order was correct.

I emailed back asking them to review it again and telephoned the mobile number. The landline is never answered.

I was told that the slats were going to be replaced.

My wife asked for written confirmation and had still not received it.

I would not recommend this company after this extremely poor experience.

Further to the reply from 1clickblinds:

Your email to my wife stated the tolerance was 3mm (plus or minus). Your website states 4mm. Your email to me stated 6mm. As I said in my reply do you make it up as you go along to suit your preferred outcome?

I messaged you in WhatsApp yesterday and have had no reply so I don't think your communication has been acceptable.

My wife has emailed and messaged and had no reply.

Why have a landline number listed? I was told you were having problems with the phone line. Another example of a different excuse.

I could go on but I won't.

All we want are blinds that are the lengths that my wife ordered.
If you believe differently then you are entitled to your opinion

Never received a full length slat only a sample

Delivery took a while.
Incorrect size sent.
Can't get through on phone.
Have messaged and emailed still waiting to get issue resolved.
They seem to be rejecting my emails.
Sorry I placed an order with these people.

Needed a replacement slat for my vertical blinds and ordered one from 1 click blinds. It came within a few day's with the weight and hook attached, cut to the exact lenth i had asked for.

Poor notification slow delivery and blinds wrong size when they arrived

I ordered some replacement slats for my living room window. We were so pleased with the quality & how quickly we received order. We decided to order a replacement slats for bedroom blinds & a complete set of blinds & runner for another bedroom window. All easy to put up and look amazing.

Order received when expected, good quality. Easy to fit the replacement slats. Would definitely use 1 click again and recommend them to anyone
