I ordered my scooter but unfortunately it took long to come as the company was out of stock. However the costumer service is very good, they reply quickly and answer any of your needs. The scooter itself was in first hand quality and overall I am very pleased with 1Scooter. This is defiantly not a scam and 100% legit.

Fantastic customer service
I’ve haven’t received my scooter as of yet. It’s with my depot and arriving today. From start to finish the communication with 1scooter has been amazing. All my questions where answered, I was given a tracking number and was able to follow my item. A decent price, And considering we have had massive delays with the coronavirus and Xmas on top of that. Delivery has been really quick, my parcel will be with me in around an hour I’m happy, I’ll update and let you no how the scooter is when it comes

Bought kugoo g2 pro electric scooter from 1scooter it arrived within 1 week good company only issue is it arrived with a small scratch on the lcd due to shipping.

It's been over 7 working days and I'm still waiting on my scooter. I am expecting it to be here on Monday.
However what I will say is Matthew has been very helpful on the communication side of things. Purely because I have been waiting over a week for my product that is the reason for my review.

Ordered a G Booster paid my money £809.00 told you will definitely get it by Christmas. Only to be told 3 days later Sorry we haven't got them in Stock. Refunded £795.00 WHY has it cost me £14:00. Don't bother with this shoddy outfit Guys.

From our understanding, the Kugoo warehouse ran out of stock due to large Christmas orders, which prevented you from getting your Christmas present. We sincerely regret this misfortunate incident and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
At 1scooter, our mission is to offer an excellent service, but in this case, we failed to deliver that experience. I want to personally apologise for this mistake. Kugoo has been notified of your feedback, and we are focusing on this to not happen again

Super easy to shop. Matthew was very responsive and so simple to track the delivery. Arrived 2 days faster than I expected and great price for Black Friday deal. Recommend!
