Worked hard to get my bag back to me.
Good service. Mike was a big help, very diligent in tracking me down and helpful on the phone.
My bag went missing for a whole month, gave up the goods like a Mobb Deep song and boom! Mike Found it!
On the 27th of August, my bag went missing on a Lufthansa flight to LHR - London. i checked my bag in, but i think the lady at the counter didnt take my old Baggage Tag off of it. i kept calling lufthansa every single day, every hr. to no avail, it was. i described my bag very well and everyday it was Negative news until a month later. One morning i woke up with a bunch of missed calls from and an Email from a guy called Mike. Believe me when i tell you he’s am Angel. he told me
he has a bag that he thinks its mine i said no way! he let me
describe everything in the bag and yup, it was my Bag y’all! This Mike guy did a thorough investigation and found a receipt in my bag that had my email. He made sure he sent my bag out the next day and yo, its been the best relief ever. very well spoken, Kind and understanding guy he is. if i meet this guy one day, i will give him the biggest Hug and whatever he wants. on Me. solid guy i tell ya. Lost our luggage in Italy then….it showed up !
We went through the security scan at Naples airport and my wife was asked to do a random security search by one of the security staff . When she turned around to pick up her hand carry luggage it was gone. Someone had accidentally taken it by mistake and left us with their luggage which was identical. We scoured the airport but without any luck and because we were short of time we had to board our flight in a few minutes. We reported the luggage stolen to the security guard and exchanged contact information and did not have time to find a police office at the airport to report the incident. We did not hear anything from the other passenger or the Naples Security department for a month while we were travelling around Europe and the UK.
When we returned to Australia in middle of July we assumed the luggage was gone and never to be recovered. In the middle of September we received a Whats App call from a guy called Mike. At first , I was a bit skeptical and didn’t answer. When he sent me a photo of our luggage I quickly picked up the phone and spoke to him. The luggage had been handed in at Naples airport and made its way to EasyJet and the FirstFlight office at Gatwick in London.
My daughter, who was still in Europe arranged with Mike to come to London to retrieve the luggage.We now have the luggage. I want to make a special mention of Mike at FirstFlight and his exceptional first class service as he went over and beyond his duty to make sure we received our luggage , whatever way, he made it happen. Thank you so much Mike for your efforts to provide us the best possible outcome. We hope this review will help your management see what a valued team member you in providing such excellent service to your customers.
They have found our luggage that we thought we have lost forever
We noticed that one bag from us have been lost at the first moment we arrived in the place where we get the luggage back, at Gatwick airport
We have no hope to get it back anymore, then , five months later, we got an e-mail from Mr Mike, who did a wonderful, outstanding work to find out who was the owner of a lost bag with no tag. Thank you very much, Mr Mike

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Have been waiting 6 months for my replacement case. Sent me the wrong case twice and now not responding to emails. Refused to give any compensation.

Great service, but unknown to many
Phone calls and emails were not responded to, but managed to chat online, amd suitcase was received on next day. Your service &website should be advertised, neither LGW or Easyjet provide link/ details for your website and many people don't know you exist.
Recovering lost property
Having discovered I’d left my Kindle on an Easy Jet flight recently, I emailed the Airport Lost Property with no great expectations of success. A couple of weeks went by and I assumed my pessimism was confirmed but then I heard from First Flight Forwarders to say my Kindle had been found and I simply needed to send my address and payment for return carriage.
Although not speedy, the service was very pleasant to deal with. Recommended👍🏻
I will however pay more attention to the “please take all your belongings with you” announcement next time!

I lost my bag a few weeks ago I just assumed it was lost forever, much to my surprise, I had a WhatsApp message from a gentleman called Mike from First flight. After speaking to Mike and giving him some personal details, he confirmed that they have found my bag and would send it back to me straight away. I would personally like to thank Mike from first flight for his professional and kind approach regarding this lost luggage bag.

Got my item back safe and sound
My daughter left her Kindle on the flight, we didn't realise she had taken it out of her backpack. Thankfully it was handed in and thankfully there is a service to retrieve items without a visit to the airport. Whereas at first the service feels a bit expensive, once you factor in travel time and parking at the airport, it's not so bad. Main thing, they got it to us safe and secure, reported on Sunday, back to us by Friday, top result

I am very pleased with your service and in particular with Ashleigh Bowers who was very helpful and efficient. I recovered both of my forgotten items on the Raynair operated plane that landed at Stansted Airport, my wallet with bank cards and cash and my earpod case with both Apple earpods inside. I have no words to express how pleased I am with the service I received from this company.

A big thank you to Vanessa Bowers who took the time to search the stores and find our missing iPad. It had no information about where it was found attached to it so could not be uploaded to the online lost property list. After a few security questions, we established it was ours - what a relief.
It arrived this morning, 48hrs after the online chat and follow up phone call. DPD gave a delivery time slot and were bang on accurate.
Fantastic service. Yes there is a £30 charge, but for a delivery service from Stansted to North Shropshire it is pretty decent.
My advice to people searching for lost items is don’t give up. Check the lists often and keep trying the chat line. It took me 15 days of checking each morning .
Like other reviewers, I found it difficult to speak to anyone on the chat system as it was always busy - more handling agents would be good.

The worst customer service I have ever received
Absolutely shocking. Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Wallet was left on a plane. I have contacted several times via email and have had no response. I have also tried calling, which automatically asks you to leave a message, which was not returned.
I have also used the live chat which is only usable from 9am-1pm, and that’s if you manage to get through to somebody. The people in the chat were not helpful. I can see where my wallet is due to it having a tracking device but this company have been no help whatsoever.

I cannot explain how horrible it feels to go on holiday and have your luggage MIA. For over a month my luggage was missing, impacting my holiday and my return. I got a message from a kind dude called Mike who said to me he thinks they have my luggage. I was apprehensive but also desperate because if it was my luggage, it would be shame on me for not trying to find out. It was indeed my luggage and Mike was so kind as to sort out for me even though it was not the airline he worked for that lost my luggage. Air Europa what a disappointment! He made sure my items were safe and by the following day I had my luggage in my front room. Mike thank you so much for your help and getting my items back to me, truly I am grateful, keep up the amazing work, it makes huge a difference.
