Add me to the list of being taken. I ordered their 36" flat top grill back on December 30, 2018. As of January 20th, I had not heard anything from the company. I sent emails and got no response. And, of course, I tried calling the number on their web site only to get a message that that number is not a working number and is no longer in service. I put the transaction on my Mastercard in which I called to dispute the charge, and they are removing the charge from my account. I am curious though, I too received a small package from China in the mail that had a very cheap weird looking watch with fake chronograph buttons on it. I'm wondering if that is from Supershop and now they are going to dispute to my credit card company that they did send a "replacement" order to me, and that I still owe that charge. So far, it's not on my Mastercard online purchase statement, but I'll wait and see.

On January 14th I ordered a BBQ from 1SUPERSHOP and I have as of yet heard from them. I have gone so far as to try and contact them by phone and they do not exist. I have sent email after email and I get is a form letter response. Facebook needs to refund peoples money that was stolen from us by allowing fraudulent people posing as a company to advertise on Facebook. Really poor service and very, very poor customer service. It's non-existent. Will never ever order anything off Facebook again.
Thank you Mr.Zuckerberg for allowing companies like this on Facebook to screw people out of our money.

Ordered a grill after seeing the ad in Facebook. The money was debited from my account on 1/14/19. It is now almost the end of Feb. Nothing received and no notice from them about the shipment. I suggest we all get together and start a class action suit against the company.

Yep, right there with the rest of you!! 1SuperShop got me too for the 36" griddle/grill. You try to save money cause your on a fixed income, and you end up getting screwed over by people like them. I saw it on facebook too back in January. Facebook should be held responsible for all the people that got scamed!!

I TOO, HAD PURCHASED FOR MY SON A BLACKSTONE 36 INCH OUTDOOR FLAT TOP GAS GRILL GRIDDLE STATION - 4-BURNER - PROPANE FUELED - RESTAURANT GRADE - PROFESSIONAL QUALITY - WITH NEW ACCESSORY SIDE SHELF AND REAR GREASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM on 11/1/2018 BUT THIS IS NOW 2/22/2019 AND STILL NO GRILL! I HAD CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE AND THE NUMBER WAS NO LONGER IN SERVICE! i HAD SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND IT SAID THAT THE ORDERS ARE USUALLY SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS! MY MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THE SAME NIGHT I PLACED THE ORDER! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR THE GRILL I ORDERED!

i also ordered a bbq not arrived phone number no good the company is from seattle in the states but you cant get in touch with them robbers so what next

Saw an ad online, and ordered a Weber grill on January 7th. It is now February 20th... no grill...no refund... no phone number to call... no way to investigate order status online... sent email and received a reply offering me a half credit for something that I never received... I called Chase and disputed the credit card charge... this website is a total scam... do not order anything from them.

This is a total scam. Paid 100.00 for a Weber Grill and received nothing. Email and phone number doesn't work.

On Jan 6 2019 I saw a ad on face book about 1supershop thanking that it was a all right company I order a 36 in. Flattop grill from and pay them with a credit card I have not heard from them or receive the grill yet I through that it was a good company because the aid was on Facebook I have email the company four time but have receive anything Iwant the grill or My money

Ordered the 36 inch flat top grill Jan 2019...have sent several emails..always getting the same response w/ a list of questions as to why I haven't received my order. However, the payment was taken from my bank account!

My husband ordered a grill on Jan. 6, 2019 and still has not received it and can not contact any one. They did take the money out of our account. Seen it on Facebook

I ordered my grill on January 5th and never received it ,I'm like the man that got a bracket from china! Instead of my grill.

I saw an ad on Facebook for car seat that I needed for my new grandson. They took money from my bank account on 1/6 but as of today 2/14 I still haven't received my order. I have sent email 3 times with no response. How do people get away with this? I guess I just trust everyone. What else can I do????

In my defense, it was an ad on Facebook so I figured they wouldn't let scammers buy ad space, I was wrong! Made 2 separate orders for Blackstone 36" 4 burner griddle stoves and a 22" portable grill. Transactions went through of course and I've waited for over a month. The website had shown the transactions cleared but no other info regarding delivery. I got a random package containing a little USB nightlight a week ago but nothing indicating that it was from Supershop, just some address in China. This made me wonder if someone in the house, my wife or kids, had ordered it through amazon since there were no indications otherwise. We couldn't figure out where it came from, until I received a second package. This one was again from China and is a Godstrong silicone braclete. No indication of being from Supershop but one clue, my misspelled last name. I had inadvertently misspelled my last name and hit submit on the order before I realized the error. It wouldn't allow me to fix the error after the fact. But I want worried, I live in a small town and the package would still get to me. But that is how I know this is my supposed "order" from Supershop. It finally confirmed my suspicions that this deal was to good to be true. I've tried contacting them via email, especially since the only know number is in England. Lucky for me, I caught with my Costco card and they ate stepping up on reimbursing me. Don't fall for the Facebook Ad Scam like I did!

Complete horrible experience. I have put in numerous request for a product refund or send my item that I have ordered. I purchased a vacuum and received a cell phone charger. They wont respond with a follow up. All I get is a automated reply saying on if I don't get my item it is due to failed payment.. Well they took the payment. It says on their site full refund and product guarantee. I filled out all the channels and still haven't heard anything. They also say full refund with in 14 days and I have been contacting them daily for the past 14 days.... NOT HAPPY

I too got scammed. got a lot of letters back saying it was back ordered or wait they will send me a shipping notice. When I wrote to them that this was a scam and I would report it never heard anything back. I do not think my bank will be able after a moth to get my money back. I would love to sue Facebook for allowing them to post this. I thought Facebook was taking a better approach to protecting us. I am looking into other avenues to prevent this from happening to others. Maybe bank fraud.

Like the rest of the complaints I to purchased the 36” grill and have not received it I believe we as a group should go after Facebook for allowing this company to advertise on their site

Order 36in grill. Never received and disputed with bank. We received money back and got a package in the mail and it was a nightlight for a computer. Complete scam!!!!

This company is a SCAM. Ordered BBQ never received it. There phone number is SPACE, there email goes to a Jewelry Store in France.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you did cancel your card and get a new one, they now have your info.

The aggressively advertised on Facebook and Facebook should be held accountable for there advertisers.
