Initial enquiry
From the first initial enquiry I made, the responses were most helpful . The rep always responded promptly, and was most helpful when we change plans partially through booking process and added additional colleagues to the booking. Cannot fault experience to date.

Excellent service provided by Joseph.
1st time using Worldwide holidays to book our cruise. Joseph responded quickly to my initial enquiry and listened to all our requirements and provided a tailor made package to meet our needs. We managed to book within 48 hours of our initial enquiry and it was a very streamlined process. Joseph was friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Memphis Cruise and stay
We initially had some concerns as this was booked remotely. But we should not have. Jessica our travel consultant was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything. Kept in regular contact. I have issues with enclosed spaces, she offered to check us in focusing on my issue. She delivered on all fronts.

First Class Service
I chose Worldwide cruises and in particular the agent Eddie. He was excellent in arranging 2 previous cruises for us. From contacting him to making the booking he inspired confidence. Eddie and Worldwide Cruises will be my first choice for any future cruise I may want to book.

Having used worldwide travel before and enjoyed their support we had no hesitation in choosing them for our new orleans Cruise. The main reason is Mo the advisor who support is exemplary. He goes the extra yard to ensure our holiday runs as smooth as possible.

Mo provides amazing service, tailor made our trip
Mo provides amazing service - tailor made our travels to incorporate the cruise we wanted. List of suggested hotels he recommended were spot on, the ones we chose were of very high quality and perfect locations.
The information provided by Mo was very thorough and he is very quick to respond to any questions. His knowledge of the industry is vast.

New Orleans, Memphis and Caribbean Cruise
Gary from worldwide cruise was extremely helpful and able to organise the trip we wanted with very specific dates and change the hotel dates to work with the cruise timetable, due to one of our party working in a college. He took the time to organise what was right for us and was very prompt with responses to enquiries. It was great we could use whatsapp, phone and email.
We are so excited to have a trip to Graceland included.

Jessica was brilliant. She always replied quickly to all my questions and I had a few. Her replies put our mind at ease as this was our first cruise so wasn’t sure about anything. The price was very reasonable to, which is always a bonus.

We were very impressed with Neil, our travel and cruise consultant whilst helping us with the booking procedure.
We had many emails and phone calls off him during this process putting our minds at at rest. Nothing seemed too much of an effort for him.
