Roll of 120 colour film… dev'd to perfection
Dropped off a roll of 120 colour film which was turned around quickly and professionally. Chris and Valerie were working the front desk that day, as ever they were extremely friendly and helpful. My go to lab for C41 and more in London - and open on a Sunday which is invaluable.

Very knowledgeable and experienced staff!
I had a great experience at this photo lab. I had an expired film I shot on, already pushed one stop overexposed in the camera. I was able to talk through developing a film like this with their team and we decided on best practices for this type of film. Everyone is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great prices too, I have seen some really expensive scan pricing in other shops. My scans were perfect and the film was better than I imagined.

A great photo lab for those in need for…
A great photo lab for those in need for a quick turnaround development, scans or both. Their prices are competitive and you get communication on each step of your film, however. It was a hit or miss for me as there were days I wouldn’t receive any email and would sit clueless on when I should collect my negatives.
For the film photographers who scan their own film, be prepared to see scratches and small dust and chemical particles on the negative as they don’t do dip development, however. If all you need is development and scan by them, I highly recommend it as their scanners will hide all the imperfections.

Amazing service & quick delivery
Got to say thank you! Was after a specific camera I couldn’t find anywhere else for my daughter’s birthday next week after being messed around by a well known camera shop who took my money although it wasn’t in stock. Ordered a couple days ago and it’s already arrived, you saved the day will definitely shop here again!

Awkward service but good developing results
The customer service tends to be slightly awkward and disorganised, some employees are diligent whilst others are not. There appears to be no clear customer help point or obvious place to start queuing. The self service is easy to use as options are displayed clearly on posters near the counter.

Very fast turnaround
Very fast turnaround, with price cheaper than other competitors.
Although sometimes I think the pricing is a bit weird (Fuji scan is more much more expensive, push/pull and cut into strip require additional charge etc), but still a very nice lab.

Great service
Fei mostly greets me when I cover to develop my photos and she’s really kind and welcoming. Always helps me out with anything I need or feel confused about. The rest of the team are equally great too.
Great place for photography lovers in general whether it’s to buy guy or develop pictures.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff
I've been using 21Studio Photolab for the last 6 months after a search for a more reasonable price for film processing.
I can't recommend them enough, fantastic quality dev and scans with super friendly service (thank you Fei and everyone). Also generally they exceed the estimated processing time and the price is very reasonable.
