The plumber came in pretty good time, same day. I asked that he stop a leak in the header tank inlet. He spent half an hour at my property claiming he'd fixed it. I was charged over £150 inc vat. He left the tap off when he left. When I realised this and turned it back on, there was still a clear leak. I have given this company over 2 weeks to respond and fix what they should have already done. Still no joy. Do NOT USE.

Called yesterday and arranged an appointment for 11am. My great aunt is 89 has alzheimers and has no heating since Wednesday due to her thermostat.
I travelled 120 miles to get to my aunts for the time arranged to recieve a call from the electrician half an hour after he was supposed to be here telling me he was just leaving Edinburgh.

Absolute Joke!! Just a waste of time and by the looks of these reviews I really should have avoided this company!

This is a fraud company. Took my money a year ago (big money) and did not fix my problem at all. Calls are going to an unknown number, WhatsApp messages are not responded. Please report it wherever possible.

The name of the person is Rob. He visited our house a year ago for initial quote. I doubt he might be involved in burglary. Please be aware

Absolute scam company, charge me a total of £650 including 2 call out fees, and my drain still isn’t fixed, been chasing them for almost a month now to try and get a refund or for them to actually fix the drain. They just continue to ignore me. They make you pay into an account under the name of Yasin Abo Al Sel

Sent 2 guys to fix my blocked kitchen sink around 5-6pm on 7th April , only for the exact same problem to happen again 2 weeks later. When tried to contact but no one pick up or reply. Quoted for £400 service + £69 call out charge which after negotiating came to total £400.

Now that I look into their website, it is said to cover London area only. And I am on Crawley.
But I believe Whats app business messages would not lie.

Only positive is they arrived the next day but very very expensive and not warned ever hour is £105 plus VAT !!

After being let down by 2 plumbers who promised they were coming, I reached out to 24/7. Rob replied within minutes even though it was late at night and he continued with specific, clear communications throughout. He arrived with a smile, was chatty and made me feel like we'd known each other for years. He had to install the wiring through a dirty, cramped loft and did an amazing job. Later Simon showed up to sort the water and he too was bubbly and very helpful like Rob. The job was completed in quick time and with attention to detail so I have no hesitation in recommending 24/7. Thanks guys.
