Ordered nearly 6 months ago, still no product! PayPal didn’t act on the claim either as Jinzhou provided a bogus shipping number. Shame on you Jinzhou, you ruin it for all Chinese companies and you PayPal for not acting, knowing that the reviews on here are all the same!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I couldn’t give 0 stars but would have. Been in a dispute with pay pal, they are not having it. According to the company the item was delivered. The tracking number given is not me or my address. No one is taking responsibility for my lost money and I am fuming. Please avoid this company. PayPal are well aware of these scams but will do nothing to protect your payment. Stinks all the way to their bank 😡😡😡

orderd boots from this ripe off site and now paypal refusing refund because they say sent proof of postage ,more disgusted with paypal than firm ! should know its a scam

Absolutely disgusting company. Ordered boots beginning of Jan 2021, still waiting. Sent 10 emails requesting refund which they ignore. Had the same issue last year but they trade under different names, so you don’t realize it’s the same company until PayPal confirm your payment.

Please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. They will take your money and you will not receive the goods

Well zero stars is whats needed for this firm. Ordered a coat early september still not here ive sent over 30 emails they reply saying be patient its on its way. Avoid this firm very poor service

Actually I would like to give zero stars! This company is a scam, it takes money, forges shipping documents and sends nothing or sends some bogey cheap stuff. PayPal and Facebook are to blame for still letting this happen as well.

Ordered a phone cover in September 2020. I followed up and they advised they sent it to the wrong address and would send out another. That never arrived and the tracking number they sent showed it was sent to the wrong suburb. I requested a refund directly as we've purchased another phone cover. They told me to wait until the tracking updated. I asked for the tracking number. They did not provide it and again advised i wait.
I've lodged a complaint and escalation via paypal.
Clearly this is a fraudulent company and has no business having a paypal account - essentially using them to facilitate a fraudulent business.
Next step will be to contact my bank to advise of the fraudulent credit card deduction.

No stars for me. Total scam never received item opened dispute with PayPal but there not interested either. This should not be allowed. They have made a lot of money off this scam. As I see a lot of people have ordered and not received.

Regarding JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, I only gave one star since a star was required for a review. My order was August 2020, and they've continued to give me fake shipping numbers and excuses that it was shipped to the wrong address. Still waiting in February 2021 for Paypal to finish their review. Not a good company at all. Do not purchase anything from them.

Would have given 0 stars if possible because this company is clearly a fraud. My husband and I ordered a projector and screen 6 months ago and have yet to receive what we paid for. Tried to get my money back through PayPal 3 times but my claim was denied because the company sent them a fake tracking number and they believed the company. It’s a shame that this company can get away with ripping people off. Do not purchase from this company unless you don’t mind giving your money away.

This is a totally fake company, changes names like the wind. Do not believe any positive reviews they leave themselves. Research Besla Technology Co., Limited, Elf memory staisfied24.com , 24helpfriends.com etc who they trade under and it's not good news. Please research this company on the internet before parting with any money to them and find that this company is now flagged not only on Trust Pilot under various names but also Paypal community pages as a Fake/Scam company trading under various names, all reported as scam businesses. This company abuses tracking systems and if they supply a tracking number formally request that your bank or PayPal Disputes Team to fully check whether or not any item was delivered to an actual (full) postcode and not a partial postcode and the weight and size. This information is available from all delivery companies in the UK. The Consumer Rights Act (which any company selling in or to the UK must comply with) says retailers must deliver your item within 30 days of your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an online order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day your goods are delivered to you.

Pay Pal are as bad as after many hundreds of Complaints,they will side with the Fraudsters and you will lose your money!!

Too bad you can't give ZERO stars. Would not recommend. I bought a really cool outdoor movie screen and projector. Still hasn't been received. It's been almost 6 months. All communication from the company has been the same words, with no value, over and over. Currently working with PayPal to get my money back.

Same story as everyone else - wish I had read these reviews first. Complete scam, do NOT use this company and you will neither see the item you wished to purchase or your money back ever again. I was very disappointed that PayPal closed my case in favour of the seller who apparently had ‘proof’ of delivery. Fuming!

JINXHOU Network Technology Ltd; definitely scammers. Sent items clearly wrong size and when they were returned I had no acknowledgement of it or a refund. I had the postage refunded by PayPal thankfully but I’m still out the purchase price. They have sent no response to all the emails I’ve sent and now that the dispute period has passed I have no chance of getting a refund.

I noticed after months that my items hadn't arrived. I checked tracking and it said it had been delivered. I checked my security camera for that day, thinking perhaps the package was stolen, but there had been no delivery. I contacted the seller and they said it was sent to the wrong house and they would resend it. It never came. Every time I contacted them they just told me to be patient. It's been almost four months now.

UPDATE: Like others, I filed a claim with PayPal and they denied it, since the seller provided tracking that appeared to show the item was delivered. But I then called PayPal support, and had the case re-opened. They sent me a link to file a report at ic3.gov and they said once I submitted that report they would find the case in my favor.

PayPal must look in to the business procedures of this company or are the just going to continue with their support?

This is such a RIP off! I ordered wind chimes as a Christmas gift for my stepmother on Dec. 6, 2020. I had them sent directly to her in California. The package did not arrive until Jan 14,2021, (AFTER many requests for a refund since it didn't arrive for Christmas.) The 4"×5" package contained only the middle disc that is supposed to make the chimes make the tinkling noise, and the bottom piece that the wind blows to activate the chimes. NOTHING ELSE! PayPal wants me to pay to send this back to China in order to receive a refund. It will be a ridiculous amount to send it back!

I have not received my package after several months of waiting. I get the same message every time I write to them: the system is not up to date. be patient. Your package is on its way.
