The sent me an item with no instructions for use. I emailed the customer service address included with my shipment inquiring about the omission, but they proceeded to tell me that I mistakenly contacted the wrong company and that they couldn't help. I literally took a picture of the customer service card included with my order and told them that I, was in fact, no mistaken. But instead of helping, they chose to ignore my inquiry. THE WORST.

Your company is undoubtedly the worst online store I have ever done business with.
I ordered bras, you sell these bras online with measurement size and cup size. They are nowhere near what they say that they are in size. I was very disgusted with the customer service I’d received.
**At the very least, your company should reimburse me on my credit card for the total that I spent for your companies poor work ethics.

A very dissatisfied customer

When placed my order I expected to receive the product within a week or two. I had no idea that is was being shipped from another country and that it would take almost 2 months. I will say that I received weekly updates on the shipping progress. I also liked the fact that they included a thank you card and explained how to get concerns addressed.

Once I received the product, I was very disappointed with everything except the packaging. It was wrapped in plastic and then each item was in a separate zip lock within the wrap. They were both neatly folded. Disappointment #1: The tag inside was labeled the size I ordered but the shirts were too small. Disappointment #2: The items looked like sweatshirts online, but they were more like expensive long sleeve t-shirts. I cant tell you what they are made of because neither had a material label. Disappointment #3. The shirt looked faded or dull. This is definingly not something I would wear in public. It was the quality of something you would wear when doing yard work or hose chores. Disappointment #4: Customer service was quick but poor. I emailed my concern and they responded almost immediately. While I included by order number in my email, they needed me to take a picture of the product labels and email them. Why? I have no idea. That was a task in itself. Once I was able to get it to them, they told me that the best they could do was give me a $3 credit for each item. I told them to keep it as I didn't want to spend anymore of my time with them.

Encima por mail se rien de mi, estoy tratando de gestionar una denuncia, si alguien mas se quiere unir por favor contactad.

I did not order this. I don’t even know how to reach them for a refund I’m going to call my bank tomorrow. I got a bag with orange/red weird sweatshirt, no tags inside the sweatshirt anywhere so I can’t find the company, the material is weird. That’s the only way I can explain it. It’s course it’s so crooked I feel sorry for people who ordered this thinking. It was the red Charlie Kirk Cotton sweatshirt. There are white lines down the center of each line It says freedom on the front and When I put my hand inside the sweat sweatshirt to find a tag, I could see my hand. The sweatshirt is see-through. I feel bad for people who actually ordered this. I want my money back.

I ordered a faux leather like Jacket i don't like the fabric or the size I can't seem to be able to Return when do I send it for a refund????

If i could give it a zero i would. Falsely advertised product. What i received was not what I ordered. Asked for a refund, still fighting for this after 12 emails back and too. DO NOT BUY OF THIS BUSINESS

Ich habe Ware bestellt und auch direkt bezahlt per PayPal. Weder Ware noch mein Geld hab ich zurückbekommen man wird in jeder E-Mail nur vertröstet. ich empfehle niemanden dort zu bestellen.

Fraud. I made a purchase of 22 Vitória Secrets items on July 17, 2025, and I never received any of the products. The website's email, bess@24hvipservice com says they sent me the products, and this is a lie. They are scammers! They won't give me a tracking number or proof of delivery to my home. We have cameras on our door and we never received anything! Don't waste your money! They are scammers.

Absolutely appalling service, asked soooo many times to return the item. They REFUSE to send me a return address. Most definitely the worst online service I have EVER dealt with

Esperienza pessima con questa "azienda". Mi sono lasciato tentare dal prezzo (evidentemente specchietto per le allodole) ed ho effettuato l'ordine della stessa affettatrice che avevo da tempo puntato su Amazon. Ovviamente non l'ho mai ricevuta e nonostante i ripetuti solleciti di rimborso, ad oggi (dopo 3 mesi dall'ordine) non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. La sensazione è che puntino i best sellers degli e-commerce seri per accalappiare clienti e truffarli. Ci sono cascato anch'io.

I did not receive the top I ordered. It is a different style and I am upset that it's not what I wanted.

Zero if I could , bought 2 ceramic joke mugs that were meant to say fu
-awf when u drink out of them., what i received was 2 normal ceramic mugs that do nothing ..... when I went on to customer service, they asked me to pay £1 to speak to someone...

If I could give a minus I would. Ordered make up medium & light medium, 6wks for delivery order arrived 30th September, they sent 2 deep colour, 12 emails getting nowhere, then they have the cheek to say colour looks different than on advertisements, I've provided proof of order, offered to return items, they offered 3? Don't know if this is £'s or what, order cost £16.44, extremely disappointed.

I received a bra after waiting weeks and weeks, the quality is absolutely disgusting and the bra is totally useless, not even worth taking to a charity shop, it will unfortunately go in the bin. I emailed THE support email as per the enclosed note and of course the domain is not recognised ... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The t-shirt I received says large but fits like a small and the sweatshirt I ordered was white and looks like a light gray blue color.

Ordered two bracelets but only one came. Quality was poor, cheap cr@p. Not worth the money.
