I am very disappointed with this service. I reported that my package was marked as delivered even though nothing arrived at my address. I also confirmed that none of my neighbors received it.

Since then, I have not received any response to my complaint for three days, and the package is still missing. The lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating.

At this point, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I placed an order for my son 6 weeks ago now, but no posters have arrived and I have sent several emails with no response! Impossible to get in touch! My son has spent lots of money and is so sad for not receiving anything and the money is lost!
Would not recommend at all!

Is it a fraud page? Ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago but nothing has arrived and cannot get in contact with them - their e-mail address is apparently incorrect. So avoid buying from them

I ordered pictures for my son more than a month ago, they sent confirmation of the transaction and haven't responded since.

Je vient de recevoir mon poster qui au final n'est pas celui que j'avais commandé. SERVICE CLIENT inexistant pour le renvoi du colis.

My poster still hasn’t had an update after a week. I sent an e-mail but no-one is reacting..

Der Support ignoriert meine Anfrage auf Retour meines Posters (Auftrag #24P16175) seit mehreren Wochen. Erst bekam ich eine Antwort, in welcher ich gefragt wurde, weshalb ich das Poster zurück schicken wolle. Als ich antwortete, dass ich nach EU-Recht innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe eines Grundes eine Retour machen kann, bekam ich keine Antwort mehr.

Dabei steht dieses Gesetz selbst auf ihrer Website in den Reklamationsrichtlinien.
Extrem unseriös, das Poster war zudem KI-Generiert und sah schrecklich aus, den Preis war es definitiv nicht wert.

Mein Enkel hat sich zwei entsprechende Poster zum Geburtstag gewünscht. Aufgrund negativer Bewertungen hatte ich vorsichtshalber und zum Testen erst ein Poster bestellt. Ich wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Das Poster wurde sehr zügig geliefert, war sicher verpackt und die Qualität ist super. Ich habe nun auch das zweite Wunschposter bestellt und kann diesen Shop unbedingt und vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Ordered 4 posters with frames on 2 separate occasions. Amazing quality and designs. Extremely fast delivery if your in the uk.

One of my posters came damaged so I sent an email about it. Got a reply within an hour and was instantly sent a replacement which came days later. Good customer service, highly recommend.

I was pretty skeptical ordering since there weren’t many reviews, but I’m very satisfied with my order and also the customer service (since I had a couple of questions upon ordering).

I brought 3 posters from here for my room, love them all such good quality and delivery was fast. Very happy with them 👍🏼
