My review may be similar to many others you can find here, but if you can avoid this website, avoid it at any chance. It took about 6 days for them just to drop off my package after they printed out my shipping label. They dropped it only after my email. Now my package in the middle of nowhere for 2 weeks. It was shipped from China and you can’t any information about this on their website, instead they have information claiming “it’s number 1 brand in USA” I found the seam type of socks on Amazon twice cheaper and you can get it in 2 days, so I really regret that I didn’t read reviews first. Many comments say it poor quality so I’m not even going to open package and try,I will just put unopened package to trash can, it’s the only one place where their socks belonged

Do not purchase . No where does it say they are being shipped from China took forever to receive. Once I got them one pair had a rip at bottom that was patched. 2 pairs $45.00 nothing cheap about these except for the quality.

This site is a SCAM. Takes weeks to receive. They ship from China,without ever mentioning that small detail. Charging top $$. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Absolutely LOVE the shoes!!
I wasn't expecting much of it but they are great! Bought 3 pairs and they are super comfy and cute. They are super light and machine washable too. They are my little one's favourite socks/shoes.

Waste of money. Don't stay on the child's feet for more than 2 seconds, really easy for them just to pull or push off

Scam company! Takes forever to receive (because it ships from China but doesn't say that anywhere on the website). If you want to return them (because it took over 2 weeks to receive) they tell you to send back your $25 shoes to China. Ya, that makes sense.... Such a rip-off.

Really disappointed with this company! I used the sizing guide to order the 13-18mo size for my 12-mo son with 5" length feet. The shoes received were really snug so I reached out to CS to exchange. I had to show proof the item was unused and returnable, which is understandable. The issue is that you would have to pay for international shipping to send it back to China! I priced it out and it was upwards of $180! The funny thing is, the website states 100% satisfaction and they will "ensure" to get the right size.

DANGEROUS shoes for children, they do not hold the foot… Worse, the ankle can turn because the sole grips but the foot is not held in place by the sock!!

Like others who have rated these, I thought I was supporting a start-up in Australia. The product is actually made and shipped to and from China. When they finally arrived, they didn't fit my son's extra wide feet and they created no way to return them and did not offer my money back, despite the 90-day money back guarantee on their website. Don't buy these!

My experience were beyond expectation.
They gladly give me another pair of shoes because the size that i purchased were too small for my son.you guys are amazing!

I purchased a pair for my grandson and it did take about 3-4 weeks to receive them because they are coming from China, but when I received them they were too small. I contacted the company through the email they had on the order receipt and within a couple of hours they responded. They were really very responsive and helpful with my order. They offered me a new pair in the correct size that I need at no cost. This is the first company I have ever dealt with that was so fast at returning my emails and helping me with my problem. Thanks for the awesome experience 😊

I bought a pair and they simply don’t stay on, the socks fall off half way and my baby trips on them all the time. I informed customer service but they were not so helpful, they asked me for the size of the socks, then they said: that’s the size you ordered. I explained that the socks are so lose that most of the times she’s wearing them horizontally, they said: do you want to return? I said I guess so, and Immediately turned the correspondence to Dutch asking for a photo of the product and many more details so they can assess if the return is viable, that only after I send all these things they will send return instructions. I would say: beware of this company. I was going yo buy 6 pairs at once because of the 2+1 free promo they have, luckily I only bought one to test. If the product is not fitting, returning won’t be easy.

My daughter refused to keep shoes on her feet but she LOVES these and they are so cute! My only negative was how long it took to get them from when I ordered.

I also did not realize they were being shipped from China..but I learned my lesson ..$42.00 later ..As mentioned the shipping ti return is outrageous ..Stay away . I guess I wl donate these .. very poor experience but lesson learned from first time grammy

Do not order from this company. I should have read the reviews before ordering and saved myself the headaches of dealing with this company. Just like everyone else, if I had known they were coming from China I would never have ordered. Cheaply made. Don’t fit. Hard to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The shoes I purchased keep falling off her feet. The slightest tug or trip and they're off. I've had to add straps to keep them on. I love how light weight they are otherwise

Very good quality product, Baba is happy out now with his new first shoes, doing his first steps. Also great costumer service, respond from my email at the same day. Really happy. 🥰

Shipping takes quite a while, and the shoes slide off my daughter’s feet (even the ones with a long sock), so I’m basically unable to use them. We haven’t tried other shoe-socks yet, so I’m not sure if all of them would slide off.
