I’m loving 2 Tiny Feet and their products. I bought a pair for my grandson when he was 1. He’s 20 months now. They were by far his favourite shoes ( and his Mom loved them for him too). I just bought three new pairs for him. Two for him now and one for when he’s a bit older. The shoes are comfy and super durable. He was wearing them almost every day and they are still in great shape.

The only complaint I had was the tracking number didn’t work first nor last. It was never updated ( I think this is the carriers doing). I wrote 2Tiny Feet because I was concerned that the tracking wasn’t saying anything and they responded promptly and assured me that my items would be shipped and that they asked the shipper to put a rush on them. Anyway I got the shoes around day 15 which is just about what 2Tiny Feet promised on the shipping timelines!

I have to say this is a wonderful company to deal with, the product is amazing and the prices are really good because there is almost always great deals/discounts available!

Be careful, This company is a scam. They never delivered anything and claims that they delivered with all the tracking but it’s all a lie.
Never get my package, and post office never have the tracking on their system

The shoes are fine. But the ordering process tells you to rely heavily on the sizing chart, asks you to trace your child's foot to get the exact size to order.
But when mine arrived all 3 shoes were wildly different sizes.
I contacted customer service to find out if I'd gotten the wrong ones and they said "sizes vary depending on the style of the shoes.". So why have the sizing chart?
One pair will fit my kid now, the other 2 maybe next year

The sock/shoes I ordered were too big. Their return/exchange policy required pictures of the item along with other order details. Then they instructed me to ship the shoes to an address in China at my expense. It would cost more to ship the item back than it cost in the first place, and they required further information and pictures before they could process the return. All-in-all, it would have been a huge ordeal and a huge expense to return the item, so I just skipped it and am offering this warning to others.

Ordered wrong size and requested a return …after being made to jump through hoops to get the return “approved”, I was finally told I have to pay return shipping on the item to CHINA?! Which is more than the item actually costs?! Total scam! Don’t waste your money! I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

Their "Happiness Guarantee" is a complete scam, unless you are comfortable paying for return shipping to China. The shoes are cheaply made and not worth what I paid in shipping to begin with.

the idea of these shoes is great. the problem is that the shoes keep slipping off my grandchilds' feet. the size is exactly what her other shoes are in length and width but the upper is somehow too stretchy/ loose and she can kick them off.

Excellent customer relations! I ordered the wrong size and you went out of their way to work with me until the problem was solved. Can’t say enough about your excellent service not to mention your amazing product. My grandson loves his lion shoes and is excited to take them to Africa. Thank you

Placed an order 2 months ago. No acceptance email. Tried to get my money back, no answer. It's a scam.

Please don't buy. It's a fraud company. They didn't return my money. So they don't send you a product.

Company stole my money! Won’t refund me even though I sent the products back months ago! Keep sending emails saying they will look into it when I have tracking proof. Also it comes from CHINA! Even though they target your country locally, so when u want to send it back it costs almost as much as the shoes themselves! Do not buy from them! Horrible horrible! Pretty much theft and lies!

This is a cheap company that has the product shipped directly from China that takes at least 3 weeks for delivery with the price 3X more than any other companies that shipping product directly from China. And the company will be asking the customer to return the product internationally with own shipping costs. Be aware that they did not disclose the company address on their website not revealing the return address. Below was the message I received when I requested a return

“Please send your return to the below address. We require a tracking number for all return packages. Lastly, to expedite your return, please send a picture of the package with the tracking number before you send your item back so we know what to keep an eye out for!

Additional Information: I made comments in their Facebook ad about my experience and now I got banned from seeing their post or ad. I believe this is how they maintain the “good comments” on their social media account. I can clearly see how shady and dishonest this company is!! STAY AWAY FROM 2 TINY FEET!!!

Ordered shoes almost a month ago and still haven't received them. Tracker says they are in my home city finally, but it's been 8 days and I haven't gotten them. My parents can ship something a state away and it arrives in a day. I don't understand. I tried to submit an inquiry on their website and got an error after hitting submit. I don't think this is even a real company!

This was the worst company I have ever purchased from. I wish I had done more research before buying because I bought 2 pairs of shoes that slip right off my child’s feet when he walks. I asked to return them and they are trying to make me pay over $100 to ship back to China. Their website even says “if you aren’t satisfied with your new show-socks, we will refund the purchase price”. But they’re leaving out that it’s more expensive to ship back. Such a scam.

The shoes don't fit even though I measured as they instructed. They're stiff fabric and slide right off my child's feet. He can't even take one step in them. I asked for a full refund including the cost of shipping. They asked me to send pics of the item so they could restock it on their site. Then they offered a free pair of shoes instead of the refund. When I declined they gave the address and a laundry list of instructions. They aren't going to cover shipping which is back to Shanghai, China. To make matters worse, I've seen at least 4 advertisements from various "mom made companies" like 2 Tiny Feet and they all sell the EXACT pair of shoes. I feel dumb for not catching this scam sooner. Save your money. I'm going to sell them instead and go through a more reliable brand like Carter's. Lesson learned.

If I could give a negative review I would 100%. The worst company. Ordered their mothers day deal. Says orders get processed with in 24-48 hours and that you will receive a tracking number. Did not get one. Emailed asking for one. Nothing. Not even a single word. Tried their Facebook customer service chat because they says it's " faster" no one replies. This is a scam. Don't trust the reviews on the page like I did because clearly those are not real. Screw you for taking money from hardworking people.

Horrible customer service. I ordered them 4 weeks ago and have not received them. The tracking link gives me no information and every time I reach out to customer service I get a generic reply where they tell me my package is in transit.
Would absolutely not recommend this company.

Don't trust one word they say on their website. I reached out regarding the size change because the shoes were too small for my baby (btw, their sizing is smaller compared to other shoes from US), they said send photo to make sure the shoes are in a perfect condition and if not, they can't return, and even if the return is approved, CUSTOMER MUST SHIP THEM BACK TO CHINA WITH TRACKING NUMBER ON CUSTOMER'S DIME.

The shipping alone costs more than the shoes. Just don't buy from these people. Their customer service sucks and everything on their return policy on their website is a lie.

I haven't even received my shoes yet and so this review is based on shipping/customer service. I ordered shoes April 29th. This is May 15th and I have no shoes. I only have 1 notification that the shoes are on their way.
Not acceptable. They can be great shoes and I will not buy again.
