Just taken over the maintenance of our charity website which is hosted by 34SP - Was a little dubious at first as I had never heard of them. Features are basic but adequate with a simple to use panel. They are running bot detection software which blocked me a few times whilst undoing work by others so it's nice to see there are some security technologies in the background - Very helpful on the phone to get de-blocked... Overall, very happy and impressed.

This is a brilliant company. Their support team responds very quickly to any query I raise and they have given our charity amazing support. Highly recommended.

Having just renewed after two years with 34SP, we’re very happy to say that moving 1st Ince and Elton Scout Group’s website to their charity hosting from Microsoft Azure in January 2024 has proven to be a very good decision.

The WordPress hosting simply works. Performance has been reliable, uptime has been excellent, and day-to-day management is refreshingly straightforward - which is exactly what we need as a volunteer-run organisation.

The only time we’ve needed to contact support was during the initial move. The response was prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, with the issue quickly understood and resolved without being bounced around or over-complicated. We’ve had no need to raise any further support requests since.

On the other hand, we've had zero problems with our site in nearly 10 years so I'd probably give 5 stars if I was paying. I rarely give all 5 stars for anything because I feel there's always room for improvement...but in this case I can't see how it could be better

34SP offer us an amazing service. As a chairty we receive hosting for free whilst getting all the perks and best practice any paying client would. They answer our queries within an hour of us asking, are prompt with tech support and are generally the best hosting service I have ever received. Free or discounted services for charities often come with less than adequate back support, but this is so not the case. We couldn’t rate them more highly. Thank you/

I called about a website and the saleman insinuated that I was looking for something cheap. mentioned Wix or godaddy. He was very rude and very judgemental.

34SP host our scouts website. We only need a really simple site, so wordpress is perfect, and our traffic volumes are low. As a charity 34SP have provided us free hosting, so we're only paying for some additional services like the domain. I think this is a brilliant thing 34SP do for charities, and of course we'll use 34sp for any of the additional services.
Just a note on the hosting - their web interface is very easy, I've had no issues having never used wordpress before getting our site up and running etc.

The site for the music club I run usually operates without difficulty, but when snags do arise 34SP.com support is always prompt and reliable. As a charity, we very much appreciate the free hosting. Can definitely be recommended.

I didnt know it was possible to love a hosting company, but 34sp have made it so. They are always so quick, kind and helpful. Ive yet to have a problem (mostly of my own making) that they didnt resolve quickly with a human touch.
