As a self-employed musician with very challenged executive function, I entered into the idea of a home equity loan with a lot of anxiety, but working with Dimitri and Patricia was an incredibly smooth experience from start to finish. I always knew exactly what was going on - they talked me through every stage, and communication was prompt and clear through every step. Thanks you guys, you made it seem easy!

Our whole experience dealing with 360Lending was excellent. This was our first time using this company and we had a lot of questions and Dimitri never made us feel like we were a burden. He alway kept us in the loop providing us with information on the process along the way. Patricia the underwriter was wonderful and answered our questions as well. I started working with Garry and Tricia for a mortgage renewal and the whole 360 Team. Garry was extremely helpful and when he was not sure to answer my questions he went to find the answer. This was a learning curve for Garry and he ran with it He never said "I don't know" and left the issue there, he did his research and now will know the answer if ever the same question is asked again. Garry is kind, hardworking, reliable and dependable.

Tricia was more experienced as I have worked with her previously. Once again Tricia worked extremely hard to make this transaction to go through and was happy to do it, even if I am not always the easiest to deal with.

I had a pretty good experience obtaining a home equity line of credit through 360 Lending. Melissa and Patricia were informative and helpful but I did feel that some information like closing costs were left out of the initial conversation. Overall, I'm happy with the service, I just wish they were a little more transparent in the beginning.

What made my experience great with this company was the 1st person I spoke to, Dimitri, he was incredibly helpful, always answered my calls, returned calls quick & explained the process, who I would speak to next & was always there to help even when it wasn't his department. I think the upper management needs to give this man a raise & or new position as they dont know what a great employee they have in him. He made me feel at ease & made the process go smoothly.
