This has been nothing but a nightmare
false hope and promises
They have Private lenders and MORTGAGE CENTRAL NATIONWIDE - # 12785 they put me in touch with that are nothing more then the Mafia lender looking to take your home

There was absolutely no delay on my end I did everything I had to do in a timely manner
I sent pictures and show receipts
In order to get a partial payment I had to threaten to go to the ombudsman

This is a company with nothing but excuses and they are still shifting the blame and failing to take responsibility

Ladies ( Melissa and Patricia) were super Professional, fast, knowledgeable and good hearted people!
After a few "No Good" brokers I ve met and literally giving up (luck of Professionalism, honesty) I was blessed with this company!. This ladies are just amazing! Very happy customer here! Old school of Professional approach and Honesty. Hard to find this days unfortunately.

The experience we had with 360 Lending was good - we were clear with what we needed and we were met with clear instructions on what needed to happen. We were grateful for the support!

I worked with Patricia and Stephanie from 360Lending to get a reverse mortgage. I started with Stephanie and then continued with Patricia. Both were very helpful in answering my questions and following up when there were delays. They were patient and knowledgeable. Their service was excellent, but I was not pleased with the delays. It took two weeks past the initial date agreed upon of completion and then over another week after the signing of the contract. They told me that the Financing Institution was requiring more data. I do not feel that this should have happened AFTER the contract was signed when a date of completion was included in the contract. I was not informed that a delay might or could happen and I was taken by surprise and disappointed. I had to follow up daily with Patricia to find out what was going on and how much longer the delay would take. She made a good effort at trying to obtain that information, but 360Lending should inform clients ahead of time of possible delays. I believe that honouring a contract is very important and that by not informing clients of upcoming delays, they are reneging on their responsibility to their clients. I think they can do better.

Melissa and Patricia were amazing to work with! we had a very complicated refinance we needed done. it took some time but they continued working and got us a great deal! They were great to work with!

This review is very easy to complete. Patricia G and Stephanie have helped save us from selling our home.
These 2 people along with the many others have helped us navigate though a very stressful period of our lives. They were always cheerful and knowledgeable as to the process we were going through, and supported us through our concerns. I can't express the sleepless nights we have had prior their involvement. I would recommend 360 especially Patricia and Stephanie and the rest they all receive a 5 star ++ rating.

Patricia made me feel so comfortable when I felt super stressed about the whole situation. Stephanie was so patient and understanding when things kept having to change, and sometimes last min. This was NOT an easy process but they both made it feel that way.
