Total scam. So it’s been a year now since I ordered here (4 February 2025) and still haven’t received any products. I also send a lot of emails and chats on social media and they just don’t answer. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! SCAM

Do not use this service. First time they send your posters, Second time they keep your money but do not send the posters. A total scam

On april 9 2025 I ordered the poster Billie Eilish TOUR, PAYED € 34.55 and got an confirmation.

Ne respecte pas les délais de livraison et même n'envoie pas les produits commandés mais par contre encaisse bien le montant de la facture. Ne réponds jamais aux mails de relance. A Eviter, Arnaque ???

CAME PERFECTLY. I LOVED IT.

Le service était très clair et vraiment rapide. Seul bémol : le prix. Je trouve que les prix sont un peu élevés.
Cependant les produits sont de bonnes qualités malgré le fait qu'ils soient arrivés légèrement abîmés.

I bought three pictures from this website and when I received my package, one of the pictures was not the one I ordered. I reached out three separate times to this company asking for the picture I paid for, and no one reached out.

The posters are great quality. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because shipping took way longer than it should have… almost 4 weeks.

TOTAL SCAM!! My purchase never arrived and customer service doesn’t exist. Any 5-star review you read on this site for 360posters is also fake and a total scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

First of all: They say it’s 1-3 days delivery but I ordered 2 weeks ago and the shipping says that my order is not yet produced. I found some comments saying that the posters never arrive… I texted the company on Instagram and Email but no response. I think it’s scam: Please tell me that the posters are in Delay or I want my money back otherwise 1 star and please don’t be scammed

Save your money and don’t buy ANYTHING from this place.
I’ve never received my posters and no one is answering on mail or Instagram.
Total scam. I just threw $75 out the window.

We ordered 3 posters over two months ago and received an order number and tracking information. They have never been dispatched. We have written 10-15 messages/emails/comments via their website, Facebook and Instagram pages and received no replies. Initially we asked for information about our order - no response - so then we asked for a refund. Still no response, and no refund.

Ordered my poster on the 11th of March. They claim fast delivery of 1-3 days, but it still hasn’t arrived, and tracking shows it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve tried emailing and messaging them on Instagram but haven’t received any response. Extremely disappointing service—would not recommend! Will be giving them until Monday to reply before reporting to trading standards.

I wanted to buy from this site since it was looking inviting with the sale "buy 2 get 3". But then I wanted to delete this order, which I could because it hadn't been elaborated yet. But all my mails/ support chat have NO REPLIES.
A serious online shop doesn't work like that, I'm very disappointed and I will never reconsider buying from here nor recommending it

I ordered a Billie Eilish poster recently; I was kept up to date with the efficient shipping process, and received the poster in perfect condition and fantastic quality. The poster was packaged well to prevent damage. Thank you 360posters!

De posters zien er goed uit , en dat is dan ook waarvoor je betaald. Het duurde erg lang voordat de posters verzonden werden. Wel werd er gecommuniceerd via de mail dat het langer kon duren. Mijn besteldatum was 26Jan en ik kreeg de posters 10Feb binnen. De neppe trustpilot reviews op de site vind ik misleidend.

The posters look good, and that is what you pay for. It took a very long time before the posters were sent. However, it was communicated via email that it could take longer. My order date was 26Jan and I received the posters 10Feb. I find the fake trustpilot reviews on the site misleading.

Wij bestelde posters voor 50 EUR en die werden nooit geleverd. Ze stuurde zelfs geen mail en weigeren nu te reageren op mijn vragen! Het geld ging van mijn credit card, dat bewijs is er. Maar zij lappen dat gewoon aan hun laars! CRIMINEEL!

We ordered posters for EUR 50 and they were never delivered. They did not even send an email and now refuse to respond to my queries! The money went from my credit card, that proof is there. But they just flout that! CRIMINAL!
