I called into this shop to view their flooring samples. The next day I ordered flooring according to their policy of adding an additional 10% to my email order. 9 days later my floor was fitted and I had an unopened box of flooring remaining. I contacted them to return this box and they refuse to accept them.

I'm dreaming or what !!!, they pretend to be Gls a Belgian delivery company by sending me an email and asking me that I'm going to have to pay 2 € for my package if not I wouldn't have it and as by chance I was expecting a parcel from shein which was to be kivré by Gls, I paid the 2€ as soon as I received it I received an email from them saying that I am a subscriber with them and that the next debit from my account is €64 in 3 days 😳 and that if I want to stop the subscription I have to write to them. I quickly contacted my bank and blocked my credit card.. THIS IS A FRADULOUS SITE..

The fly catcher was unsuitable for my needs, so I requested a refund. After no one replied to my email, I’ve phoned them but no one answered. A week later I tried again and was told someone will contact me but they didn’t. So I returned the item and paid postage myself. Then I tried again and spoke to someone. Eventually I got a refund, but they took 20% off for restocking. I will never use this company again.

My order arrived damaged, I sent photos and it was immediately replaced without question. Fast and very efficient service

Meget unge mennesker der ikke er særlig servicemindet, lige meget hvad man spørger om hjælp til får man svaret det har jeg ikke tid til lige nu.
Nu var det 3 gang jeg oplevede det igår, med den samme medarbejder, har ellers rost hendes store flotte afro hår men heller ikke det virker til at fise ind 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
Måske i skulle finde nogen der gider og være der og ikke bare være for pengenes skyld .
Ellers må man desværre gå over på den anden side i netto 🥲🥲🥲

Up date on previous review. I ordered on the 3rd of May, money taken on the 4th. Contacted them through their messaging service within the order twice with no reply. I messaged through their email contact and was told 14 days from purchase even though it stated the game was in stock. Turned out the customer service agent got the date wrong. It then came to the date it was meant to be sent not delivered, And I was told there was yet another problem with the order and was asked if i.wanted to cancel order. This was after several back and forth emails with me chasing!! Absolutely ridiculous.

This company has a drop shipping vibe about it and I do not recommend using them at all!!! Will not be using again!!!

Order was delayed and the company consistently took money from our account for the same order for 3 months running! When you try to get in touch with someone you are shoved from pillar to post and no one is able to help. The Live Chat is anything but. A sham company and shameful service! I am taking this as far as I can go.

If I could give a zero I would! With full evidence of us being scammed they still chose to steal our child’s birthday money! Do not trust this company. Scammers!

Never signed up to anything from Schoen365 and they took £22.03. Have been in touch with bank now.

Dreadful site. Casino never pays out, never hit a bonus on here and they don't reward their customers for being loyal customers. I did leave a review last week but it's disappeared so they're clearly paying someone just not their own customers. Stay away from these.

Why can they function if they are fraudulent and don't deliver the goods that I ordered but they deducted my credit card?? They are SCAMS !! shut them off!!! I would not give them any stars!!

I received calls and sms’s saying my package is at the post office and I have not collected so my package would be sent back. There was then an option that it could be delivered for a small fee which I made. No delivery and now I’m receiving smses of my online purchases of R440 that I made. How do I stop this before I lose money again

This is a fraudulent site even though they have PayPal! We need to shut them down! I speak from experience because I purchased from them and never received it but they also tried to send 2 different tracking numbers that showed me it was already delivered when it wasn't. They think they are sophisticated but not if we give them the boot 😉😌
