This is the first time that I have acquired a property ‘off plan’ and Ryan has been excellent in terms of the guidance he has provided throughout the process to date. It was back in August ‘25 when I was first in contact with Ryan at 365 and at the time I had loads of questions about investing in an assisted living property. Ryan was extremely patient and so so helpful, he talked me through everything and no matter how many questions I asked it was never too much trouble for him.
My husband and I were totally new to property investment and after the passing of my wonderful mum I decided to take the leap. As I have said Ryan was there very step of the way and we eventually completed on a property in January ‘26. Could have been much sooner but we weren’t in a position to proceed at the outset.
Today we have just completed on a second property and it took all of 6 days from start to finish so once again we are very grateful. We have received our first payment and looking forward to the future now as we are in safe hands.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience with 365 Invest so far. I've been working with Paul who is always incredibly professional, gives me prompt responses to any question and never applies any pressure on decisions.
