Bad customer service a suit came dusty and worn and no refund. I would have to pay the return costs. Emails received were rude. Do not deal with this company

Really quite terrible company when it comes to customer service.
I placed the order on a Monday, come Friday, received no updates. Called to check the order status, turns out the order has not been dispatched because a part of the order is not in stock. No communication from the company to notify me, or check whether I am happy to wait for items to come back in stock. I have ordered a large number of balloons and ribbons to go with them, along with other party decorations. Part of the order had to be cancelled (due to items being our of stock) and the remaining part will now arrive after my children's birthday. Very very disappointed. Especially frustrating, as I know I have ordered with enough time for things to get to me.

The bags are later than specified and will miss the party. I am out of pocket considerably to buy a new version at the last minute. This has been very inconvenient. I had no reply to my previous email. Terrible service

We changed our party bags around a year ago and start dealing with 365partybags and it's the best change we've made! Our bags are completely personalised, they bend over backwards for us to have the design we want and also offer to change our design regularly. The contents of the bag is perfect for our party children, and they are an amazing marketing opportunity. The company have been so easy to deal with, and we look forward to many more years working with them!

I can highly recommend 365 Party bags. Previously I made my own party bags which was not only time consuming but also more expensive. The choice is varied including seasonal options for my themed events and all items are good quality. The staff are friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient and my orders always arrive promptly.
