I’ve been ordering their gummy’s for years and they are coming out with some powerful gummy’s, Love 3 CHI😍

I have ordered vapes, tinctures, drinks, and edibles from 3 Chi. The full throttle gummies are the best. Other products mostly good except for the drinks which never did anything. I will continue to order the vapes and gummies as they are better than I can get at my local dispensary. The shipping is another matter. Some orders have taken as much as 10 days. The charge for shipping a bag of gummies was about eight bucks. They were ordered 10 days ago and tracking says they may be here by tomorrow. This has been typical. If you need something from them, I would advise you allow two weeks for delivery. Reminds me of the old days of mail order. Cheers!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I just placed my 4th order on 3chi.com this week. The products I have received have been very high-quality.

I suffer from debilitating chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, among other things. I am prescribed ~25 pills per day from my doctors. But when I take 1 or 2 gummies from 3chi, they have helped TREMENDOUSLY! I have noticed I don't reach for my pain or anxiety pills at all the entire day when I have taken a couple gummies. I do order the high potency products since I do have such a high tolerance with all the other medications I am on.

My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to ship and get the products. I placed my first order on a Thursday afternoon and had the order Saturday morning. But since then, the subsequent orders have unfortunately taken one and a half to two weeks to receive. I would pray for expedited shipping if it was a whole lot cheaper. $40 is very very high. They need to work out a deal with UPS or FedEx for cheaper shipping imo.

But even with the slow shipping frustration, I have found that their customer service team is an A+. I have emailed them a couple of times and they have replied almost immediately. They are extremely helpful, responsive, and very kind.

I was nervous the first time I ordered, but I have been extremely happy overall.

Thank you 3chi! Just work on shipping quicker and maybe lowering the product prices, if possible, and I'll change my four star review to five. 😊

1 week to print shipping label, 1 week after it ships, 1 week to arrive. It only takes 3 weeks in 2025 to order something from 3chi

Always great products. Quick delivery. Great customer service. Felt compelled to write a review after a review on here popped up in my Google search that was blatantly false. Specifically the one below me talks about them bait and switching clear delta 8 -- they haven't sold clear delta 8 for 5 years and none of the product photos show clear delta 8. I know because I've been buying their delta 8 for longer than that. They also have all their testing available directly on their site despite what that reviewer says. It's one of the things that makes this company so great, you never have to guess about what you're getting. So the review is an easily researchable lie, I'm not sure why it's posted as if it's legit.

Shady company just like all hemp companies. I Ordered clear delta 8 distillate after my first order was decent. I spent 350 on my second order assuming the quality would be the same. They sent me some burnt amber colored distillate when I chose the clear option. The clear option was more expensive, but they completely refused to help in any way then deleted my review of the experience. 100% scam, they bait you with small batches and sell all their garbage when you spend big. I contacted them for a copy of a past order and lab tests for legal reasons and, of course, they had no information or help. Shady companies like this need to be held responsible or go out of business. Bs like this make it understandable why people hate the hemp industry, just pure shady activity

I like the products I get from 3Chi, but their Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Their shipping is AWFUL..... which is USPS. I have had trouble not long ago......took 2 weeks to get the products. I am waiting for an order now that is also late. One person at 3Chi told me "once they pass it to the shipping company it is no longer their problem". I explained that wasn't true because I paid THEM. So this will be my last order from them. I can not, and will not recommend them to ANYONE. Same your money, and sanity, or try a new company. This one isn't it.

Received defected product. Contacted customer service. No answer

After a taking ten or so hits, this cart did not work. I tried to charge it and it did not charge. I tried everything. Reached out to support and they told me to use a dryer, which I did and still no luck. Sad because I liked it. I do not recommend.

Super rude customer service, website is super unclear on battery packs, and they don’t even carry the proper battery packs for the majority of cartridges they sell. Overall this has been an expensive and frustrating experience with no result. Don’t waste your money here.

I ordered Delta and HHC gummies from 3Chi. After trying a sample gummy from each I immediately regretted giving my money to these people . The taste was awful an overpowering, artificial chemical flavor that made it hard to believe I was consuming anything remotely natural or wellness-related.

Worse than the taste was the shady experience that followed. I contacted their customer service to ask simple, reasonable questions: How many milligrams of Delta-8 are in each gummy? Where are the ingredients sourced from? Can I see the exact lab results for the batch I received? Not one question was answered directly. Instead, they dodged and deflected — like they were reading from a script designed to avoid transparency.

This behavior is highly suspicious and unprofessional. When a brand can’t or won’t give you straight answers about what’s in their product or how it’s made, that’s a red flag. It screams scam to me.

There is nothing wrong with their actual products. I love their Granddaddy Pluto, Berry White and Pink Rozay. But they have gone downhill since they "updated/upgraded" their shipping process. It used to be if you ordered anything before noon on a weekday your order shipped out that same day. I ordered some vapes from them on this past Tuesday(4/1/25) and it still hasn't shipped. Oh I mean I got an email saying it shipped out but according to the tracking only a shipping label has been created. The USPS hasn't even gotten it for its first scan yet and it's Friday afternoon. They don't ship on weekends and I have a feeling my order won't actually be shipped till sometime next week. I feel like I'll be lucky if I ever get it at all. I have had shipping issues with them since January and it's getting worse.

Im sorry but they've lost me. I'm only giving them 2 stars because their products are great. But their "upgrades" to their shipping process have made them not even worth doing business with.

I wish I could get a refund but since my order is "completed" its too late.

3chi tried to fix something that wasn't broken and they're losing customers because of it. I have a couple of friends who also order from them that are having the same issues. So it's not just me.

It pains me to even have to leave this review because until the new year I had nothing but good to say about 3Chi and I recommend them to many people. But I am beyond frustrated after months of having shipping issues. Especially for the $$$ I'm spending with them.

Me personally I've been ordering from 3chi going on 2yrs this is my first review. The only problem I had with them was I paid for expedited shipping and received my package late 5 days late. The gelato 41 strain is amazing and it does the job, I get high everyday off that. They actually sent me a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for. Just give them a try you'll love them, and if you already tried and they messed up some orders give them a 2nd and 3rd chance!!!!

I ordered product from 3 Chi and it took them 11 days to get it to me. I have MS and I need this product to help manage my pain. I emailed them 4 times and only got an initial response and the last 3 emails went unanswered.
1-To improve they need to respond promptly to their customers, every time they're contacted.
2-Eleven days to ship a product now days is outrageous. I ordered the same basic product from a company in Nevada and got shipped to me in 3 days by USPS no less. Reduce the shipping times and you'll get some better ratings.

I have ordered from 3Chi four times now. I tried their comfortably numb gummies. They were absolutely horrendous flavor wise, had to take them with a chaser (juice worked to cover the taste). I’d ordered a few disposables here or there and they went quick but what took the cake was this 2ML delta 8 pen I just bought and received Saturday. Today is Wednesday and it’s gone. 2ML? I don’t vape nonstop, I hit the pen routinely 3-4 times a day. Breakfast lunch and dinner if you will, and sometimes dessert if it’s been an extra rough day. Four days for a pen I spent $55 on, with that lovely $10 in shipping (it was shipped basic mail in a bubble wrapper, not even priority mail which is actually $10 to ship).

I’m very disappointed. I specifically bought the larger pen expecting it to last a while and help with budgeting it. Instead, I’m out and I’m probably just quitting. It’s easier than trying to find a reputable company.

Edited to add: the gummies besides being gross didn’t have much effect. They are 50mg each. One gummy and you feel slightly peaceful (I probably have a moderate tolerance, not high and not low). Two gummies and you get dizzy only. These gummies from 3Chi cost more than what my local vape store has in stock, gummies so strong you have to cut them in half or a quarter depending on how medicated you need to be that day. My local store doesn’t always have them in stock (they go fast) so that’s why I tried 3Chi gummies. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again in the future.

The true strains vapes and gummies are S tier. Great job 3chi!

Great products. Very happy with their service

Bought my first 3CHI delta 8 disposable vape. Tried it before I left smoke shop. It worked for an hour and then stopped. I tried to charge a bit more but no luck. This is my first and last 3CHI purchase. Worst 40 bucks ever spent😩 I will submit this review to 3CHI in hopes for a good faith exchange or credit, but I’m not holding my breath.

Have ordered from here several times. Last order was lost in the mail - messaged support and another order was immediately dispatched and arrived very quickly. I've read some of the negative reviews and cannot echo any sentiments from them personally. 3chi has always treated me right and fulfilled my orders pretty darn fast with good products.
