Very poor service
Very poor service. I have deposited 20000 4 days back. Till now not updated. My withdrawal of 40000 dated 8th January is approved but not credited. Every time the only excuse come back after 4-5 hours and then tomorrow. My money is lost. My id is satyam2406. The customer service is not doing anything. My no. Worst withdrawal period
Withdrawal placed 2 weeks before and till now not credited to my bank account. This is a site where very dead slow rate of Withdrawal. All other sites clear within 3 days or maximum a week time. This site take 2 weeks and they said always unfortunately we don't have any update. I don't know when these guys will become fortunate to identify their problems. Pathetic

Dear sirs,
I am N.Rajkumar . I have been a customer of rajebets for the last three months.I have done the transactions of 300000-400000 in this tenure.
On November 1st I made a deposit of 10000 through phone pay. In the payment link one of your agent numbers was displayed and I have transferred the money to that number , his name is LALIT HARIKISHAN KHATIK.
But the amount has not come to my raj bet account still now . I have contacted your support team in the chat more than 50 times in the last 10 days and given all the screenshots , bank statements they asked for. They checked everything and told , some issues in the payment system and money will be reached as yearly as possible to my raj bet account.
Today one of your support team members said that the money will not come and the agent does not belong to Rajbet . I have shared the screen shot which shows already done three transactions to that agent . In that two amounts came to my raj bet account and one was in dispute.
I have deposited this amount in the trust of Rajbet site only. also the agent number was in raj bet site during the deposite. i do not know how come your support person telling he is not your person even shared the screen shot too. I asked him for some senior official mail id to fix this issue . but he is not listening to anything and not giving any fruitful answer . all he wants to escape from this issue.

Rajbet is very worst in their services I make withdrawal Oct 12 1500 they approved that payment but money not credited my bank. After that i contact customer support they are told me give bank statement to current date . I give that after 5 days customer support saying next 4 to 5 hours . How they are cheating people new technique.
If trustpilot allowed to attach files. I will put here rajbet support team head weight speech and they have default answer all questions.
Support team aslo decided player situation everytime they saying "thanks for understanding "
