Usually super professional I loved to buy there.
Meanwhile pretty unreliable.
If you have topics with your order and you call them they make you call their warehouse or shipping facility which is basically never picking up.
Promised 2 delivery days still didn’t revive anything after 1 week not even a notice.
Now I have to sent this product back to Germany (as I have to leave today) and will be charged additional fees.
At least 100$ more

Held onto my pre-order months after other retailers had delivered product. Became pretty clear that if I actually wanted to receive the product I'd have to buy elsewhere.

Charged 10% (as is their right per policy) when I finally cancelled and refunded my order. But I mean, c'mon? Really? You screw up your inventory this bad and still going to charge that fee?

Okay, call it a customer de-acquisition fee. No sweat.

Looking forward to getting my copy of Compile 2 from Zatu I guess.

Sent me a damaged product and refused to do an exchange/ refund. They charge at scalper prices only you get mint product from scalpers. Don't support this business.

I'm a regular customer for years. No issues. Great costumer service. They have stores in Ontario & efficiently deals with online orders too. Just google them. Their prices are generally hard to beat, but availability of stocks are always a challenge.

Poor customer service. List LP cards as NM and ship them poorly. Cram everything in single team bag - 15+ sleeveless cards put into 1 single penny sleve where corners were damaged and they could rub against each other scratching themselves further. Absolute scam site. poor customer service that expects you to do all the work to fix their own mistakes.

Total scam - They Charge you fees if you cancel not yet shipped orders

Unfortunately, this company has lost me as a customer for life. I called and emailed to cancel an order that had yet to be shipped. So in their infinite wisdom and great customer service they decided they were going to charge me $12 to cancel my order that again was not even packaged or shipped. They assured me they would process the refund right away and did not. Terribly run company and customer service. DON"T take money from people that have yet to have product shipped.

I never have problems with my order, customer support is great and their prices are amazing. Although they have crept up there with market would be nice to see them do something like what zypher is doing with the raffles

They had a couple of products in stock that I was having major issues locating anywhere.Else. I always read reviews for new stores and after reading more than a few, i was very skeptical, especially since one of them was a pre. Order where I had to pay in advance and then trust, they would ship my items.. The estimated release date on their website was may thirtieth, and by june 12. I had heard nothing. I have dealt with many hobby or game stores in the past.So I decided to give them one more week before calling and asking what was going on. Literally that evening, I got a ship notification from 401 games is that my parcel? It was on the way. It was a thursday night, so I did not get my package until the following tuesday. When I picked it up from my postal outlet, thank God at home. It was amazingly packed, it's everything right. Was undamaged, and it was exactly what I asked for. Their prices are very competitive and I think for the time being. They are going to be my go to store for all my Star Wars. Legion minis and supplies.

Armando at 401 Games shipping continually provides me with some of the best customer service i've ever had. 3 times I've come to him with special requests. And each and every time he had quick and accurate responses for my needs. Beyond Armando's great service, 401 Games has great selections at great prices and early releases of games not available elsewhere. I give this store 2 thumbs up. Thanks Armando and 401 games! This store replied to my better business bureau, complaint and completely lied in almost everything that they had said!! All because I asked so see if I can return an item for a refund!!

It's generally been a positive experience for me but 401 Games using UPS as the way for them to deliver their product is a colossally poor decision.

I'll never use 401 Games again.

Honestly don't know why negative reviews. Perfect in every regard. Item undamaged, lightning fast shipping, great tracking and communication. Checks all those boxes and prices are great too! Highly reccomend.

like previous guy said buy list is a scam, i submitted pack fresh cards and they marked the expensive ones as HP. i’m proficient in examining card grades. seems 401 will do anything to save a buck. Their buy prices are already low ball, but then once you submit and drop them off you have no way to oppose their word unless you just pick up your cards and reject the offer. They’re basically giving you an ultimatum saying accept our lowball prices or just take your cards back. I had a couple old school cards ( in PLD ) mixed in with the new (NM) ones so they took an opportunity to make it look like the other cards I submitted were in rough shape when they were in immaculate condition. I don’t suggest to submit here at all but if you do keep your old school submission, separate from brand new cards, they will try to finesse you. total, they knocked my submission from $227 down to $101. Scam artists.

Whatever you do... Ignore their Card 'Buy list' Its a scam. You send in immaculate cards, they say that they are damaged and accept very few at a quarter the price they agreed to in the 'Buy List'. When you ask for them to be returned they want to charge you for the service.

There's something odd about 401games website. As soon as you visit the page my cpu/memory usage goes to about 50-70%% cpu/memory usage. any other page I'm on is maybe 10-15%. having about 5 tabs open makes it completely unuseable and caps right out at 100% usage which is insane.

I have a ryzen 7 7700 and 32gb of memory. There is no reason for your website to be seizing up my pc as bad as it does.

2 of my 4 orders in the last 2 months have disappeared into the wind. I order frequently from multiple different establishments and have only ever had this issue with 401. Watch out, especially on lower value orders.

Fake bosses and managers; don't trust this place

Just purchased a bunch of cards online. For the most part, they were in worse condition than advertised. They seemed beat up, rough, poor alignment. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

They put us through a verification after shipping product and didn't tell us a third party would contact us and ask us for photos of the card we used... even after passing verification and having the parcel sit at the post office, they recall it by LYING to the postal carrier... we are sitting here going... what did we even do wrong... why all this stress for a purchase..

This brand is brutal DONT EVEN CONSIDER THEM!
