Now I love the large box, in this box the size of the products are slightly bigger which in the long run I find to maintain having a lot left still after a couple of months.

Thought it was a nice bag to keep the products but considering how much all the products were it should have been free

I thought there may be a product in the bag. The phot was very misleading disappointed it's a cloth bag.

Resposta da 47 Skin
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear you were disappointed.
We completely understand how the photo may have given the impression that the bag included products. We do try to make it clear on the product page that it’s a cloth bag only, but we appreciate this could be made clearer and will review the listing to avoid any future confusion.
If there’s anything we can do to help or if you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at customercare@47skin.com – we’d love the chance to make this right.
Best Regards,
The 47 Skin Team
