Poor customer service
I ordered 2 x SFPs and received a call 1 hour later to say that you only had 1 in stock and the second one would be in stock in 10 days time. I said that's no problem, but the lady told me that I had bought them on a special price ($10 each) and the second one would cost me $70 as it was new stock, the $10 price only applied to ones that were current stock. You should have honoured the price that you sold them to me for, you let me order 2 when you only had 1 in stock.

It’s simple & seamless
It’s simple. The website is informative, they are planning options to find very bespoke solutions in my case. I want a very specific colours & lengths to patch cabling and these are all available. There is more economical options available elsewhere but I prefer to ship locally onshore in Australia other than this 4cabling very much means my needs.

The service was really good, however
The service was really good, however the product is different from what I expected. They are way stiffer than what I purchased before for another school. Those were flexible, now I can't close our Switch Cabinets cause the stiff cables are pushing against it.

Smooth from order to pickup
Great to find sturdy shelving at competetive pricing. The flexibility in sizing is fantastic, and the ordering process was seamless from order to pickup. Received timely notifications when the order was picked, and ready to pickup, and the pickup process was super smooth - the staff even offered assistance with loading which was very much appreciated.
