ORDER AND REPLACEMENT

We received 2 that we ordered but one was faulty and had to return it and the replacement was send to our WA Branch by mistake not to us in Melbourne. We had it send overnight at our cost to send to us in Melbourne as it was urgent and needed to get a machine up and going.

Urgent Collection

Placing an order no real problems. I did note when placing the order we would collect by send a driver to pick up, but received email that the package would be despatched. I had to follow up quickly to prevent despatching before our driver arrived to pick up. Communication a small issue due to poor connection from QLD to NSW.
