We have been working with 4dev for more than a year as a company to pay our contractors in different countries. We receive only perfect customer service and the best experience. Transfers are fast and secure.
I've seen some bad reviews here about their strict document check. Well we sometimes have situations when our contractors can't provide necessary documents, too. But as a company, I appreciate this approach — it makes me feel protected from making a prohibited transaction.

При этом им не нужна твоя прописка (как всем адекватным фрилансерским платформам), им нужна "квитанция за интернет". Конечно, я же на съемной квартире первое что делаю это меняю владельцу интернет на свое имя. Зависло у этих ублюдков 519 долларов и я не могу их вывести никак.

Выдатная платформа. Калі будзе свая арганізацыя, то ведаю да каго прыйсьці, бо ў сучаснасьці цяжка знайсьці каму можна давераць. Лёгка грошы выводзяцца ці на картку ці на крыпта гаманец. Прыемна, што можно адмовіць абмен ці нейкую аперацыю на платформе, калі выпадкова памыліўся.

Great experience and ease of use compared to most other services I tried (including Deel, etc.). Customer care is top-notch. More importantly, my contractors are also consistently happy with 4dev. Been using the service since October 2025, definitely recommend.

I've been using 4dev.com for almost 3 months now, and it's always a smooth experience. The KYC verification is easy if you read instructions in the Help Center. Withdrawals always take only one business day.

So far they ve confirmed they received my transfer BUT its been almost a week they ve been requesting some weird stuff i cannot provide the way they want. The result - i cannot pay anyone, the money are effectively blocked.

My company transferred me money for 3 months, but now it seems, that they should look for different provider. 4dev told me, that my legal entity did not pass their compliance, but did not provide any reasons. They suggested I should transfer money to my personal account, but I can't really pay taxes through this method.
Don't use 4dev, because not only they have high commissions and bad currency transfer rates, they also can just refuse to transfer your money

Beyond amazing customer service !! I had some issues with verification and later with the withdrawal of funds and contacted their CS via the support chat. They replied almost instantly both times. Both times the CS agents were extremely helpful and solved my problems during our chat. Special shoutout to Sergei (he was one of their CS agents and he was amazing at his job) who I hope got a promotion because he definitely deserves it.

It was awful, agents responding once a year. you are not warned beforehand that you need to verify your account or cannot withdraw your money they send message only after you try to withdraw and they freeze your money without any other option.
for verification of address they need reciepts with addresses reflected , but for example passport where your registred address is clearly seen is not relevant for them , which is funny.

I will never recommend them to anyone and will never use them.myself again.
