I'd made an enquiry to S&M regarding my not being able to find any 12 Step bars in stock anywhere. Subsequently I got an email from 4Down saying that they'd be getting some in stock the following week. I couldn't believe how helpful that was of them to reach out and notify me thus! I ordered the bars straight away and they arrived the day after 4Down got them in.
My experience dealing with this company was absolutely banging!
The 12 Step bars are sick! I'm 6 foot 5, and, thanks to these bars, I can ride a 20 inch BMX (with a good length top tube) very comfortably indeed.
Thanks to S&M for making these bars, and thanks again to 4Down Distribution for their excellent service!

Really good helpful service again. Had a problem trying to fit a new Relic rear bmx wheel, sent them some photos of the problem - as soon as they reopened after BH, messaged me straight back with a pic of correct fitting.
Only thing that's frustrating is you can't reply direct to the chat email, mine bounced back to Shopify.
You have to go on the Shop and use Chat function. A direct Customer service email would be good for me.
