THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. THEY USE SCARE TACTICS AND THE NAME OF YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY TO GET YOU TO QUICKLY REACT. SAME PROCESS AS ON COMUTERS WITH ACT NOW OR YOUR COMUTER WILL STOP WORKING. A SIREN EVEN GOES OFF. RED FLAG IS NO LOGO ON THE LETTER OR ENVELOPE. A LARGE REAL MORTGAGE COMPANY HAS THEIR LOGO ON THE CORRESPONDENCE.

SCAM! Beware!

SCAM!! They sent a "final notice" insinuating that there was an expired home warranty. The problem is they sent it in my father's name -who has been dead for 10 years, to my address where he never even lived. It's very deceptive and honestly very insensitive.

Scam scam scam

Sent me multiple letters in the mail “representing” my mortgage company. When I call to ask them to take me off the list, their customer service rep has the audacity to tell me I am incorrect and “why wouldn’t I take a great policy like this?” Unbelievable. It breaks my heart to imagine the amount of elderly people this company has taken advantage of with their fake “final notice” letters. Ugh.

4everhome is badgering an elder person

A scam. They abuse my elderly husband with phone calls refuse to delete data..call constantly BADGER us both. We have gotten legal advice..reportef to FCC and US government. They still call and badger us.

Whyatt was a dream to work with! I had called 4 times prior today addressing the collections department. No luck on any front. Then I got transferred to Whyatt, he completely resolved my issue in an impressing amount of time and even found a refund for me!!! I very highly recommend this company!!

4everhome USA deceived my elderly mother by convincing her to sign up for a home warranty policy that she didn't need then made it almost impossible to cancel. Beware of their high pressure tactics especially on the older population.

I am writing to formally address a very unpleasant incident

I am writing to formally address a deeply concerning experience I encountered recently while attempting to terminate my policy, which I have held with this company for over a year. While I anticipated some standard retention efforts during the cancellation process, the subsequent interaction with a representative from the financial department was profoundly unprofessional and unacceptable.

On 2/11/26, I contacted the customer service line with the clear intent to cancel my policy. After navigating initial attempts to retain my business, my call was eventually transferred to the financial department. It was during this segment of the call that the situation became highly regrettable.

The individual I spoke with from the financial department exhibited a shocking degree of rudeness and condescension. Their communication style was overtly patronizing, implying a lack of intelligence on my part, and their remarks were delivered in a demeaning tone. This behavior felt deliberately provocative, as if designed to instigate an emotional response or to create sufficient discomfort and frustration that I might reconsider my decision to cancel. I found myself treated with utter disrespect, which is completely unwarranted, especially after being a loyal customer for an extended period.

Such conduct is not only a gross violation of basic customer service standards but also leaves a lasting negative impression that undermines any positive experiences I may have had previously. I expect a company of their standing to uphold a professional and respectful demeanor with all customers, irrespective of their intent to continue or discontinue services.

Complete pressure tactics. Thought i would fall for it

Called them to tell them to stop sending me notices about the warranty. Which I have never had and do not want. "Oh ma'am, the best way for you to get your name taken off of the mailing list is to purchase the warranty. That's the only way that can happen. I just had the same call earlier today and told that woman the same thing and she decided to get the warranty." The phone call went on for about 10 more minutes with more pressure tactics. I kept asking him over and over to take my name off. He was telling me that his mother wouldn't be as rude as I was being. I gave the phone to my husband. My husband said "what is the problem taking our name off of this?" The guy said, "oh you want your name off the list? sure I can do that no problem."
I could use a lot of bad words on here but the rules say that I shouldn't... I'm sure you can imagine.

I WAS A NEW COUSTOMER MAKING MY FIRST CLAIM .The first person I spoke with was rude, very rude and condesending . I was spoken to as if I was dIsturbing her nap. She asked how long I had the problem, I answered COUPLE WEEKS," SHE REPLIED HOW LONG IS THAT"AND THEN SHE ASKED WHY I HAD NOT CALLED SOONER .I called about a problem with my washer and they booked me w/a plumber , I did not need a plumber, I needed a washing machine repairman, so I cancelled, however I had already paid the 75.00 service charge. They refused to return my payment. I cancelled my coverage with them after being lied to at least 3 different times. I was questioned as if I was on trail .My conclusion is this company is a SCAM.

Senior Scam

Senior Scam! After I became POA for my elderly father, I found this policy. Despite paying a monthly fee, there is a $75 deductible for each claim. We put in a claim to have his over the stove microwave replaced. The technician came out with the new microwave, but no bracket for it and was unable to hang it. He dropped off the microwave and left it uninstalled. On 2 occasions I called to have his AC repaired. On both occasions they were unable to find a repair company to come out to fix it. I had to find my own company and pay out of pocket. After the 2nd AC situation, I sent 2 certified letters to the appropriate departments to cancel the policy. I guess the "retention" department called him to say that he missed 2 payments and he authorized the direct debit. After finding out that they were still taking money from his account, I called and was given a whole song and dance about how they were going to waive the last 3 payments. 3 payments? It was 5! And 2 of them were direct debited from his account. They would not refund the 2 payments since my 85 year old father with dementia, who was not listed as the primary phone number, said YES! Take it! It is a dishonest company that received 2 notices to cancel the policy, to then call less than a week after receiving the cancellation notices to tell the policy owner that they missed 2 payments. Total senior scam!

Exceptional Customer Service

Today January 7, 2026 I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the most exceptional customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I was about to cancel my account as I had had nothing but bad experiences with my talking to someone about my account. I was having trouble getting a rep that would help me get a repairman out for my washing machine. When I finally got a repairman on my own, he refused to wait for approval for repairs as he said he had dealt with companies and had to wait too long for an approval for repairs. I paid him to repair my machine and called the company to cancel my contract. If I have to do all the work, I should not have to pay a company to charge me and do nothing. I talked to a gentleman who said he would refund me for my service but then after over a week and I couldn't reach him, I once again wanted to cancel. I finally got to talk to a lady in Customer Service. She saw where I needed to submit the bill for refund, but this was something I had never done before. This wonderful, concerned customer service rep helped me send a copy of my paid bill over my phone to her for a refund. She was patient, concerned and more than helpful. I felt like I was talking to my daughter. She is an exceptional person and is of great value to this company. She made me feel comfortable and important. I can only thank her for her outstanding help and patience. Thank you for being so kind and patient to an older lady.

Shady practices

This company needs to stop with deceptive practices. The postcard that looks similar to government ones, making it seem like an urgency that we need to call, "before it's too late" and appearing to be related to a home warranty, is shady at best.

Their salespeople are deceptive in their sales practices

I just received an letter in the mail from 4everhomeusa. I called them to find out what it was all about. The letter was a "FILAL NOTICE" or cancelation of my home warrantee policy. The thing is I don't have a policy with them, and never have. I spoke with Michael who went a big charade about how my policy had canceled and that in order to get it reinstated I would have to pay $159 per month for the next 24 months. I told him I wanted to know when my previous policy expired before I renewed. He put me on hold so he could check for that information . He came and told me that because my policy was expired it was sealed. I asked him how much my old policy cost. He said he was going to give me the same price. At that point I asked him if he was a licensed insurance agent to which he said he was. He kept coming back to let's get the new policy going and how we were going to pay for it with a debit or credit card. At that point I told this Mike that he was a liar. I told him that I had not been a customer of his company and that he had made it up that he had checked on my policy. He said "oh but I did, and you did have a policy with us but it has expired." I told him that I have never had a home warrantee policy with 4everhomeusa or any other company and that he was very dishonest in what he did to try and deceive me. At that point he hung up on me.

This company has bilked my elderly

This company has bilked my elderly, 91 year old, father for hundreds of dollars by claiming his HOME WARRANTY had expired. He NEVER had a home warranty through this shoddy company. Praying on the elderly is one step away from the gates of hell. These people should be put UNDER the jail.
