Bought some side steps for my defender 110 that was delivered within 5 days with no drama and will be using them again for all defender accessories as great cost and great quality!

Ordered a set of lights for my ranger…
Ordered a set of lights for my ranger and no issues until i fitted them only to find one was not working. No big problem as these things happen. Then i Had to constantly give information repeatably with pictures of why they was not working. Eventually they sent a courier out to collect on the basis once collected another set would be sent out. i wasted half a days work leave to ensure these were collected and only to find out they refunded me the cost instead of sending another set to me. Once the order was redone i received the lights only to find they was used ! the pins in the plugs was corroded and the outside of the plugs was covered in roads grime. Once i sent pics to them asking why have i been sent out used products i got a email stating they do not check there products as they are sent from a third party. Now ive been asked to return them and start the process all over again. Lights are in the bin where they belong and they can keep the money.

I ordered a bumper from eBay and also sidebar steps to go on my Ford ranger. Both super poor quality obviously made from poor material from China. Plastic brittle cheap looking on both products. Both products arrived damaged and when explaining to them that all of this was damaged they said they would give me a part refund of 20% or I had to ship them back and then reorder even though my truck has been sat in a garage all day ready for these things to be fitted.

I can see that there may have been some confusion here, we had asked if you you would keep the items with a partial refund due to the time constraints at the garage and if not we could have them collected from your self. With this we could then either have a replacement or a refund issued for the items that were returned.
We are still trying to work with your self on this issue as we understand damaged items is never ideal.

Predator 4x4 wheel spacers
Ordered wheel spacers for my truck they were delivered within a couple of days well packaged and in great condition.
Wheel spacers fit perfectly, the center cut out for the hub were an exact fit and there was no trouble at all the get to sit flush. Perform as they and continue to do so without fault

Discovery roof pod lights 👍🏽

Excellent Professional Service.
On receipt of a contract call from Trust Ford Trowbridge, saying that a Gas Bonnet Strut was bent/damaged. I contract 4x4 Predator in regards to the Bonnet Struts late on Friday evening. Then first thing Monday i got a reply back asking for further information on the damage. I wasn't able to provide this until this afternoon, on receipt of this information a new set is being sent out.
Absolutely amazing customer service received from Alex, Jake and Sam. I would highly recommend 4x4 predator.

A great help over the phone
A great help over the phone, roof rails delivered promptly and well packaged, the parts look and feel like very good quality although I haven't actually fitted them yet, is it ever going to stop raining!!
Having said that the instructions look easy to follow and there's even a plastic trim removal tool in the fitting kit! Great service and good value for money, very happy bunny! Thank you!

Shocking ! the wheel arches aren’t even for the vehicle they advertise it for, they don’t even match up on the front. poor customer service in the end wouldn’t even answer the phone to me. I would 100% recommend you shop elsewhere, all they offered me was a 30 pound refund when I paid more than that to a body shop for fitting,what a waste of 150 pound 😡
