Ordered a pair of trousers to be held for me and I would collect at end of that day . Staff member said they would be behind reception but on arrival had not been held .

I used the online shop and received an…
I used the online shop and received an email when the items were dispatched, full order was complete. I received 1/3 items & that was damaged. No response to phone number given for online sales & eventually got a response after 30 hours from email stating order was dispatched in two separate lots. Still awaiting delivery of 2/3 items, two days after first delivery.

Delivery that almost wasn't
The package arrived very quickly but when it arrived at parcel motel the PM number was missing and I had to log into my account to re direct the package. If I didn't receive a text message from the courier I wouldn't have known an my package would not have been delivered
