This company is not to be trusted. I had a positive balance; they took those funds and switched me to a monthly plan without my authorization, and now they are sending me an invoice that I am supposed to pay.

After reviewing your account transition, we would like to provide clarification regarding the recent concern you raised about the plan switch:
1. Prior Notification:
The plan switch was not executed without prior notification. On February 22nd 2023, we sent you an email outlining the upcoming September switch.
2. Email Correspondence:
On February 22nd, we let you know about a plan change happening in September. In your reply on the same day, you asked if you could stick with the current Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan until September. We confirmed that you could, but reminded you that the switch to the new plan would happen automatically after September.
3. Plan Switch in November:
The plan switch was implemented in November, utilizing the credits in your account for the corresponding month's invoice.
If you have any further questions, our support team is ready to assist you. Reach out via email or connect with us instantly through live chat.
