Loved the hat I ordered and the experience receiving my order was 5 stars for service. My only gripe and why I gave the hat 4 stars is that I wish the hat was deeper. When I pull the hat all the way down, it's not deep enough to sit mid forehead like other models from other brands. This all could be because I have a large head, but maybe I'm not the only one. I still wear my hat proudly. Love what you all have created and Inshallah you all continue to succeed. I'll keep supporting!

Got my kelly green Alhamdulillah hoodie just in time for football season, go birds! The quality is amazing and is the softest hoodie I own. Arrived quickly with no issue. Besides the garment, the packaging itself is impressive and inspiring. I appreciate the attention to detail!

I had a horrible experience
I ordered and paid for TWO bracelets
Only received one l. Bracelet quality and size was not satisfactory at all!!!!!
Tried reaching out via email numerous times .
Never got a refund or a response

HORRIBLE

I have been buying from 5ivepillars for about 5 years now, I love their designs and the messages they’re trying to convey with their clothes, I have also had issues in the past like some people have written about sizing or shipping delays but they were always resolved for me and I’ve done multiple exchanges for sizes no issue, will always be a supporter.

I tried to purchase 1 t shirt and never got the t shirt, but it was cool shirt i want shirt

Poor customer service I messaged them and I bought the item 5 days ago still didn’t get a notice of where my package is either they might be busy or the customer service is badly managed overall

Looking on the website I was genuinely excited about their products, especially being a Muslim. So I placed an order for two caps - the Makkah Cap and the Suede Mashallah Cap. I also paid the extra delivery charge for their so called guaranteed next day delivery on all ordered placed before 3pm. The order was placed on 1st Feb and arrived 3 days later on 4th which was disappointing. Then to top this off, the quality of both caps was very poor, the top section of both caps has not solid structure so the caps are creased badly and look really cheap and flimsy. My £12 Adidas cap has better shape. The illustration pictures of their caps are misleading. Won’t be ordering again

I love that the baseball cap I bought actually fits comfortably. I have locs and usually can’t wear SnapBacks comfortably.

I have purchased many items from 5ive Pillars over the years and each time the experience has been great. Shipping is prompt and the quality of the garments is really excellent. I still wear several pieces that I bought several years ago.

The quality of their products is very bad, their sizes are misleading and the I wouldn’t recommend their products.
