We just came home from 14 days vacation at this great villa. We really enjoyed it, and we must admit that Tugra (manager) and Sefa did EVERYTHING for us to make this a vacation we will never forget. They were simply the best.

Agent of the agent of an agent. Have no direct contact to villa owners. False information on their homepage. Unreachable by telephone. Will definitely not rent from them again.

Update:
The CEO reached out to understand what went wrong. His attitude and commitment was way better than the rest of the team's. They compensated for the false information on their homepage.

the way they handle things are not good. you never talk to the same person , they never call you back even in urgent matter.
the advertisement of the house is really well done and when you get there you are very disappointed .

Hem ev konforunda hemde bir otel havasında 8 kişilik kalabalık bir aile ile yapabileğiniz mükemmel bir villa tatili.. Ortak değil de özel havuzunuzun olması ise ayrı güzel.. İlgi alaka muhteşem. Gündüz güneşin tüm yakıcılığı ile eğlenirken akşam ise dağ havasının serinliği ile mükemmel bir uyku çekiyorsun. Turga was a kind man. he helps us with everything and was always easily accessible. the cleaner was also top the house was always clean by him. the 2 gentlemen were both top. thank you turga and safa

We enjoyed our week at the Alanya villa 1040. The villa itself could use a bit of TLC and upgrade to make it 5* but it is in a good location out of town, good views and it has a nice pool. What makes this villa so nice is the local staff- they manage the villa/pool well and are so friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. They also have good local knowledge. Mr Turga continued to assist us even after we left. We had a car which is useful - otherwise you need local transport.

Great experience, The place is even better than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing, perfect choice for families and you feel you’re dealing with a friend who’s happy to receive your calls anytime, giving advices and even showing you where to buy your groceries from. We asked to have the pool heated for one day only but we found that Tugra, the manager, didn’t stop the heating system for the whole three days of our stay which was nice of him. Maybe its not a good choice if you don’t have your own car. If you have the opportunity try to explore the mountains and villages behind your stay (drive north),, it’s worth it to give that a one-day road trip ;)

If i could give 0 stars I would. I booked with this company via Booking.com with a free cancellation policy.
I cancelled this holiday 5 weeks ago within the limits of that policy, which they have acknowledged but thus far have refused to refund my over €1000.

Do not do business with these thieves.

On the 14th of May, the owner of this company phoned me after seeing this review. He apologised unreservedly and accepted responsibility for the error, assuring me he would refund me in full. The stipulation was that i cancel the Credit Card Dispute i have opened with my bank against 5 Star Villa Holidays. Not feeling confident about this, I conferred with my bank and told Mr JP Donnelly I would get back to him.

Now despite the issues I had getting hold of anyone in this company when this issue started, Mr Donnelly has been very persistent in checking whether I had cancelled the credit card dispute with his company, reminding me that once i cancelled the case, he would refund me. He states that it would be quicker if i cancelled the dispute and he paid me directly. However, I felt it was safer to just continue with the credit card dispute as I have all the evidence required.

I enquired with Mr JP Donnelly as to why he could not just direct his bank to refund me and close the dispute this way. I received no response.

Today I received correspondence from my bank informing me that 5STAR VILLAS have challenged my dispute and refusing to refund me.

Good communication, check in details provided before traveling in detail which is highly appreciated.

Off I could rate a zero I would The owner and his team are absolute frauds. They delivered a property , that was damaged with stains, unworkable items in the home. They included a heated pool , that you suddenly had to pay extra to heat. The Internet was spotty, the carpets were stained, the bed spreads were covered in something that appeared to be human excrement. The handles fell off the door and they never respond to you.

We will never book with 5 Star Villa Holidays again, contrary to what the name suggests, you will receive 0 star service from this company! A booking with confirmation and payment was canceled with us just a few days before departure. Subsequently, during a busy holiday period you can hardly book anything new yourself and from that point everything is done to work against you instead of taking responsibility:

1. The service desk is practically never available during European office hours. Just a reception that can do nothing more than pass on a message.
2. You will NEVER be called back even if you are demonstrably promised 5 times. Even a manager who scheduled an appointment for a specific date and time to contact has failed to do so to this day.
3. Agreements are not kept, you cannot trust 5 Star Villa Holidays.
4. No sense of responsibility whatsoever to help with a problem they caused. They just leave you out in the cold.

In short, you do not want to book at 5 Stars Villa Holidays.

Our story is simple. We have booked an 8 person apartment in Les Gets (France) called Le Grant Ermitage. We received the booking confirmation with invoice and therefore paid asap. Everything is canceled just a few days before departure. No equivalent alternative can be offered so we get our money back. However, everything was arranged: rent a mini van for 8 people, 2 hotel bookings for 7 people on the way there and back, holidays from work arranged, etc. Directly demonstrable consequential damages for the van and the hotels amount to approximately 2,300 euros.

No alternative available through 5 Star Villa Holidays, so we eventually found something elsewhere. Only 500 euros more expensive. Countless times trying to call for a solution, every time the message was "we call back", but this is never fulfilled. We were helped by Isa but she takes no responsibility to find a solution. Finally agreed to be called back twice by a manager (even a concrete date and time agreed), but unfortunately agreements are again not kept.

We now have a loss of 2.300 euros, the holiday has been canceled and we receive 0 response from 5 Star Villa Holidays.

Whether the villas are good, I will never know because we will never book here again! This organization is in no way worthy of its 5 star name. My advice book somewhere else!

I had a great experience with this company, they were excellent with communication and were willing to help with any issues or queries that arrived. Manu from the bookings team went above and beyond to assist with any issues and queries that arose and provided excellent customer service and support .

The villa was very comfortable and clean. The silence of the location and view was awesome. Jakuzi was very relaxing and the pool was heated so we swam at November. The staff was very helpful.

We left the villa as we got it-Clean and tidy.
Only difficulty we had was finding the villa on Day 1 on the sat-nav as the location where it is located is not fully developed and it gave 4 different locations for Villa Zoe, No roads names, however we got there in the end. For your records best directions is to take turn immediately before or after the motorway underpass (depending on which side you are coming from). Area Roads are not marked with road signs so a satellite map might assist customers to locate
I would have no hesitation in booking a property with you again and indeed look forward to doing so.”

Very good company to deal with - responsive to the clients and readily available when necessary. We rented a villa in Cyprus that fully lived up to its appearance and description on the 5 Star site. Minor maintenance issues were quickly resolved through the local agents

We booked a large villa in El Valle, Murcia. We had high expectations as we had been to the resort 5 times before. The villa was tired, worn and in need of serious refurbishment especially in the pool area which had many cracked, broken tiles. The pool was really bad. The villa was nothing special and the photos on the 5 star villa website were very old and not a true representation of what the villa looks like now. Broken fridge drawers, no TVs in all bedrooms as stated, lack of glassware, dirty bbq, cheap bedding, broken patio furniture covered by cushions, the list goes on. Despite contacting JP directly with photos and videos detailing our concerns and disappointment he did not respond prior to this I found him incredibly helpful. What a shame 5 star villa Holidays are not interested when a holiday does not live up to a customers expectation!!

We booked a Villa through 5 star Villa Holidays at the last minute having been badly let down by another company. They have been super efficient and helpful and we are now really looking forward to our holiday
