I honestly couldn’t recommend Vikki and her team highly enough. I bought my current house through her agency, and the whole experience was so positive that I didn’t hesitate to ask them to sell my flat.

Everything was done through social media, which was so fast and stress-free, and the “coming soon” teaser video they created generated such a buzz before the property even officially launched! It really demonstrated how proactive and creative they are.

Absolutely outstanding service from the 5th Avenue team. Always on hand to offer professional advice and guidance. Vikki carried out the marketing on my property on the Tuesday, put out a teaser on social media on Wednesday and an offer was received within the hour. Never even made it to market. You can’t ask for a better service than that. I wouldn’t hesitate to use 5th Avenue again.

We can’t recommend Vikki from 5th Avenue homes and her staff enough, if we could give Vikki more than 5 stars we would. We first came across Vikki on TikTok and after seeing her videos we both decided we wanted Vikki out to value our property, and we’re so glad we did. The communication from Vikki was second to none, any questions, phone calls were answered day or night ,she was on it. After having previous experiences of other estate agents when looking to buy you were getting passed from one person to another, phone calls weren’t getting returned. Whereas Vikki again would respond to any enquiries if that was sending home reports or booking viewings in , this was done asap , and we would get an update on this straight away.
We are so happy that we went with 5th Avenue homes they all went above and beyond and sold our lovely home.

First of all, I dealt with Vikkie when I was deciding whether or not to sell my property, and she couldn’t have been more helpful.

After deciding to let the property instead, Vikkie passed my details over to Kirsten, who manages the lettings side of things at 5th Avenue.

This was my first time letting a property, so I was quite unsure about the process. However, Kirsten couldn’t have done more for me—nothing was too much trouble, and I was kept updated throughout, right up until the tenants moved in.
