At first i had trouble getting the size, and when it reached me, i got a size that was so small for me, however i send an email. It was very confusing at first, however i managed to get a return slip which is free of charge and exchange for another bigger size. Overall thanks to the customer service which may took some time but it was excellent!

This is so frustrating - buyer beware
This is so frustrating. This is supposed to be a high tier brand and it's 9 days, going to be 10 days tomorrow since my return was receipted back to them. Their return policy promises processing within 10 days. I have reached out to their customer service almost daily to let them know that the package arrived and hoping for a speedy refund. What is the hold up? I will likely go through my bank to chargeback if it's not initiated on-time because the company would be fraudulent by not honouring its return policy.
Why would I reorder if the return and refund process is so painful? I am paying duties both receiving and sending back as well as shipping fees yet it takes so long to refund me for the products?

Still waiting on refund
They received my return (a parcel that I had to pay the shipping fee on) at their Scarborough, Maine location over a week ago and I have still yet to receive a refund. I reached out to both their customer service emails to make sure they have received it, and have not gotten any responses from their team. I will most likely be going through PayPal to file a dispute. They could at least respond to let me know the status of the return. Where is the decency?

Stock error I had to pay for
I’ve always been a fan of the quality at 66°North, but my recent exchange experience was incredibly frustrating. I waited two weeks through the peak of winter for an exchange that was eventually cancelled due to stock issues. While the staff is polite, I ended up without the gloves I needed and was still charged the original 51 DKK shipping fee for a "service" that resulted in no product and a long wait in the cold. It’s disappointing that a premium brand doesn't offer more flexibility or a simple shipping gesture after such a significant delay.
