I made my first purchase in September absolutely the best customer service.Carl from 6 a labs took care of all my questions and made sure my order correctly shipped 6 a labs all the way 💯💪🏻

From the beginning this company always ensured I was satisfied with my product and service even offered a resend if my order was damaged. I trust in 6A and their products because they care about the quality and most and foremost the customer. Over time I talked to the owner and was very pleased to do business with him and his team. This is not a review they asked me to do. This is all on my own. If you are not sure if you want to buy I would highly recommend giving them a shot because you won’t regret it. If you need customer service they are just one message away.

I havent had any issues with any of my products or any of the integrity of the products components ( rubber plug, crimping, seals or purity). I havent had any problems with the lables or coa qr codes. Also coa's are also on the website to verify if that matches with the same batch.

Yes I know the shipping company's can be a hassle sometimes but I also know that this isnt a reflect on 6A Labs at all once it leaves 6A labs hands they cant always ensure that it will show up undamaged and the shipping companies do not care as we have all seen first hand from ordering from other businesses before. One thing 6A Labs does do though is help you out with any damaged product as best as they can they will even reach out to the shipping company as well.

If I ever had a problem the owner was and is always willing to help out every way possible to ensure I get the best experience possible from them. And that is what makes me keep going back to 6A Labs plus the quality of the products is the best you can get it. I will keep going back to 6A Labs for all my products.

Best company I have found, great customer service, with solid testing

I’ve been purchasing from this site for about 6 months and have had great experiences whenever there are any issues customer service is quick to reply and find out any information regarding package location or any issues that show up. I recently purchased quite a bit of products from this company and was highly impressed by how fast the shipping was, received my order in 3 days. On top of that UPS mishandled my package by throwing it over my gate and luckily the packaging held up very well! Thanks to how they bubble wrapped their products to guarantee safe delivery. On top of that they’re very affordable which is why I’m always a returning customer. Can’t speak highly enough and have always recommended them to my friends and family.

My recent order experience demonstrated a complete failure, followed by shady behavior that should concern anyone spending money here.

Despite claims of an upgrade to 2nd Day Air, transit took six full days.
​Maniacally Damaged Packaging: The outer UPS mailer arrived crushed, heavily battered, and practically torn open.

Inside, the actual product packaging had come unsealed and was wide open, exposing the contents to transit grime.

Inspection of the vial neck showed the rubber stopper visibly detached and seated unevenly along the inner glass. The seal looks compromised enough to cast serious doubt on whether vacuum pressure or container closure integrity survived transit.

The batch and COA QR code was washed out, requiring direct light just to pull up documentation.

Rather than addressing container defects and shipping issues with accountability, the company ignored outreach, viewed profiles without replying, and actively deleted comments on social media.

Deleting feedback and ignoring paying customers while quietly watching from the sidelines is a massive red flag.

I recently ordered 2- 30mg vials of tirz and a vial of BAC water from this company. The pricing is very affordable and they have UP-TO-DATE COA's on the website. I'm knocking 1 star off because they do not have lot/batch #'s on their vials. I paid for 2 day shipping and my package was sent out in that manner.

I'll start taking these in about 2 weeks so I will update in about a month.
