Unqualified Leads
The staff is very professional and friendly including our marketing rep Rory...however....the leads are absolute garbage. This company really needs to review its marketing approach and analyze other strategies when marketing on social media. I would not recommend this marketing company for personal injury litigators. We spent approximately $15,000.00 over a 3 month span and out of the 80+ leads generated were only able to covert one (1) minimal injury case. Most leads were contacted by multiple lawyers at different times and a large majority of the leads did not respond after exhaustive contact made by my office. This review is based on our firm's personal experience with 7igure Law.

Your firm did sign a case from the campaign, which is a valuable outcome considering the typical timeline and follow-up effort required in personal injury marketing. As your account manager emphasized throughout the process, consistent and persistent follow-up is essential—not only to reach prospects, but also to build trust and make them feel comfortable choosing your firm.
The leads you received were not cold contacts or randomly generated—they were individuals who personally filled out their contact information and specifically inquired about legal services. These are real people looking for help, and while competition in this space is high, speed and clear communication play a big role in conversion.
We understand your frustration and that results may vary depending on several factors. Our team is always working to refine our approach and deliver real opportunities to our clients.

Tons of Leads, Great Service, Quality Ad Copy
I have been using 7Figures law for around a month, and the experience has been great! I have received a ton of personalized support. They made really professional-looking ads that make me proud of my small solo firm. My ads have been running for a week, and I already have over 50 leads for criminal record relief clients! Thus far, the leads have been just as good or even better quality than other lead services I have used. As I said, I have only been working with them briefly, but I am very impressed and looking forward to continuing to work with them.

As part of the process, consistent follow-up on those leads is essential to converting them into signed clients—something our account manager clearly outlined and was prepared to help you optimize.
We also brought in senior team members to help strategize and make things right, but unfortunately, you declined to get on a follow-up call and later removed our access, which prevented us from making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
We understand that marketing results can be influenced by many factors, including response time, communication style, and internal workflows. We're confident in the systems we've built and the opportunities we generate, but it requires collaboration and follow-through on both sides to work effectively.

I had a bad experience
I had a bad experience. I was with them for a month under their guarantee. In that time I called all of the leads they generated. Almost none of the people I contacted answered the phone. I had a meeting with my rep 2 days before the 1 month was up, at that time I was at only 8 leads. I was going to continue an extra month because I was going to get a free month for not hitting the monthly goal. All of a sudden I started to get leads that weren't leads. I would call the numbers and get people who did not have a need for a lawyer, nor ever heard of me. However, those leads magically brought me up to the exact number needed to loose out on my refund or free month. I was getting yelled at by people wondering why I was calling when they did not have need of a lawyer. One lead was a lawn mowing service that was really confused. I honestly believe they created those fake leads to avoid giving me a free month. I would stay away from this place. They also cater more to doctors and medical, its as if they added lawyers as an after thought.

To clarify, these are not “fake” leads. Each person who submitted their information actively filled out a form requesting legal assistance. We run targeted campaigns aimed at reaching individuals seeking your services, and any leads we send your way come from people opting in with their personal contact details. That said, we understand the legal industry can come with unique challenges when it comes to response rates and qualification, and we always welcome feedback to improve targeting and follow-up strategy.
We’re disappointed to hear that you felt the experience was unfair, but we want to assure you that our lead volume and guarantee fulfillment are based strictly on real-time data and forms submitted—never fabricated.
