I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with 8rb4.

The delivery was very slow and took much longer than expected. When I finally received my order, it was clear that the size tag had been altered, which felt both unprofessional and misleading. On top of that, I was sent the wrong size despite ordering correctly.

The customer service was also no help at all. They responded slowly and didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue or taking responsibility.

Overall, a very poor experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Wir hatten von der Firma 8rb4 über Shopify.com ein T-Shirt für unseren Sohn bestellt. Unser Sohn ist schlank und hat seine normale Größe bestellt. Rein optisch sah das Shirt gut aus, aber als er es anprobierte, flatterte es am Rücken, d.h. es schlug Wellen. Wie das nach dem ersten Waschen aussieht, möchte ich mir gar nicht vorstellen.
Auf jeden Fall wollten wir es retournieren. Das war nicht so einfach: zuerst muss eine Mail gesendet werden, dass man die Ware zurückschicken möchte. Daraufhin kommt eine Antwort mit folgenden Fragen: 1. Ist die Ware noch in Ordnung? 2. Hat man noch die Originalverpackung? 3. Es müssen zwei Fotos gemacht und gesendet werden - eines von der Verpackung und eines von der Ware. 4. Welche Art von Erstattung wünscht man sich - 10-Euro-Gutschein, Austausch oder Rückerstattung?
Die Rücksendekosten nach China muss der Käufer tragen - in unserem Fall für ein T-Shirt € 18,40!!! Die Versandspesen betrugen auch schon € 8,00!! Abschließend wurde angeboten, 40 % Rückerstattung und wir können die Ware behalten!
Unser Sohn bestellt dort sicher nichts mehr!!!

its been twenty days since I have ordered one shirt for my boyfriend. it is two days until christmas and it has still not come!!! i have emailed multiple times to ask where it is and there has been no response. this is utterly ridiculous. this brand is perfect if you want your parcel to take nearly a month to come.

Wer billig Ware zu einem teuren Preis haben will, bestellt bei 8RB4.
Achtung, bei Rückversand soll der Artikel nach China versendet werden. Davon steht in den AGBs nichts. Es sollen auch Fotos vorher gemacht werden. Wozu, weiß ich nicht. Viel zu kompliziert. Darauf ist der Händler auch aus.

Ordered a T-shirt ... they delivered to the wrong house on 10/22/25. Retrieved from the home owner a block away ... opened package and the shirt has some sweet dark liquid stains on front and back lmao. Pretty obvious how things should improve for this company ... I would suggest NOT ordering from them.

Ordered a graphic tee 3 weeks ago and heard nothing from them, only an order confirmation.

They have good communication

Dramatische service. Je kan niet met ze in contact komen, je bent daarom genoodzaakt je product te houden. Terwijl de kleding dramatische kwaliteit is.

Dropshipping website, oftewel ze bestellen pas (in China) als jij hebt besteld. Populair onder (TikToK) jongeren want je kan veel namaak voor relatief weinig geld kopen. Dan nog wel veel te duur voor de geleverde kwaliteit. Mijn zoontje van 12 had een trui besteld voor € 50,- . Na lang wachten (komt uit China) teleurgesteld in de slechte kwaliteit (wordt wellicht voor een paar euro gemaakt). Opvallend detail, labels waren er afgeknipt terwijl dit een voorwaarde is voor terugsturen. Terugsturen kan met veel pijn en moeite, je moet eerst door een ballotage commissie (vragen per mail beantwoorden en foto’s opsturen) voor je bij Gods gratie een retouradres ontvangt (in China uiteraard) waar je je product heen mag sturen; kosten voor versturen € 52,-! Je snapt dat ik dat maar niet heb gedaan. Kortom, het is niet illegaal en ook aangegeven op de website zelf (niet de exacte bedragen) maar het is wel rommel wat je koopt met een duur en moeizaam retour proces waardoor je eigenlijk genoodzaakt wordt je product te houden. Niet symphatiek!

The shirt was 100% cotton which was great but the print on the front was low quality and blurry and the shirt fit weird

The items are not as advertised. I bought one of the T-shirts expecting a good quality baggy Tee and ended up with a really cheap material T-shirt that was neither the style or fit of the one in the Picture. It’s very expensive for what you get. Don’t be fooled by the pictures that is not what it looks like.

The items are very bad quality, it’s clearly not their own designs, and even the fitting is weird. The do write on their site that the customer is responsible for costs regarding returns and what not, they just fail to inform that you have to return the products to an adress in china. The issue with this is, that the cost of returning thing to china, can easily be more than the cost of the order itself, but here they do nothing to help.

Don’t ever buy from this company - even their customer service is bad.
