Only been with 90 day credit for 5 weeks but so far Mark has done an exceptional job explaining everything and returning my messages and phone calls, I hope this type of service continues along with a high credit score

Scam they took money for me and didn't provide the service that they promise at the end of my 30 days they did absolutely nothing they did hold up the end of the contract they didn't do none of the things that they promised they would do but yet wanted to harass me for monthly payments I was talked to crazy like it was a shakedown every conversation I told him I have no problem with paying you if you could send me a proof of any work that you've done they refuse to do so but yet continue to harass me for a payment. ever month

Good customer service

I am not happy that you only have a 5 day window to cancel but when you need to cancel because money is tight and it is a choice of paying bills and them they can not cancel. I WILL NOT be using them nor recommending them to anyone ever.

WARNING! PLEASE READ! DECEPTIVE SALES PITCH. This companies sales pitch with the 150 point increase guarantee on your credit score means that the 150 point increase IS DIVIDED UP BETWEEN up between the 3 major credit bureaus. Experian Equifax & TransUnion. THIS MEANS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY AND BE STUCK IN THEIR CONTRACT WITH ONLY 50 point increases per credit bureau. Their sales associate gloated about 150 point credit score increase or you can opt out. They failed to mention that this 150 point only equates to 50 points on each report. I got locked into a contract with them and they only removed 1 item from my credit. And that item boosted my scores from 500 to 543 on Experian and Equifax and then in TransUnion it moved 73 points but because 43+43+73 exceeeds 150 points that they completed their guarantee of 150 points. WHY WOULD I PAY $1000+ to have my score only moved 50 points?!?! If this was clarified by the sales associate I probably would have not been deceptively sold on their services. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
