This site seems like it's a site for scammers. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise services they cannot provide. I order for a gadget since 26 may and upto now it hasn't been delivered and the most annoying thing is their bot on whatsapp which isn't helpful at all. I have filled a complaint and I will make sure my money won't be played with.

They don't deserve to work in this country if they are full of talk and no service .

Do NOT buy from this store! Seems fake, they are quick to take your money but they never deliver, its been more than the promised timeframe for them to delivery my phone but no response from the company and it is impossible to contact them in anyway, no whatsapp response, no email response and no landline contact number

The delivery is delayed and the courier is unresponsive. I demand the immediate delivery of my order; this delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your credibility.

This is a fake store. After purchase, the product doesn't arrive, and the customer receives no response. This store should be reported to the authorities. I absolutely do not recommend it; they seem to be scammers and a fraudulent company.

I placed an order (Order #95010) on 971nerds.com (Daman Phone Company) on 7 April 2026 for an iPhone Pro Max with express next-day delivery, for which I paid a premium. The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
I cancelled the order and requested a refund through the merchant’s official channels. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any meaningful response regarding my refund of AED 5,530.
I have since filed a formal consumer complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under complaint ID CMP-26-591791, which is currently under active review. A parallel dispute has also been raised with Tabby, my payment provider.
Of particular concern is that the merchant continues to actively advertise and accept new orders on their website, while existing customers with legitimate refund claims remain unresolved.
I am sharing this experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions and are aware of the importance of keeping all documentation when shopping online.

It been ten days since I ordered and no response , they are scammer

Very poor delivery experience with 971Nerds.

My order was supposed to be delivered to a shipyard, and the driver arrived at 22:30 without any prior coordination. This is a restricted area, access requires security clearance, and the gate is about 3 km away.

I immediately informed the driver and went to meet him, but he refused to wait even a few minutes and insisted on leaving. The order was then canceled by the driver.

This is completely unacceptable:

No delivery time coordination
No understanding of location constraints
No willingness to wait
Order canceled by the driver without any fault from the customer

If you deliver to industrial or restricted areas, proper coordination with the customer is essential.

Very disappointing experience.
